The hotel is very pleasant, but a little old, with structure and furniture that deliver the age, but nothing to do to host. We like the environmental footprint of the hotel, and we find the idea of providing water for recharge of private bottles at a daily price, a little cheap, is true, but reasonable for a couple. The location is excellent, close to several bars and restaurants where you can walk, provided you are ready to walk a little.The reception service was very good, already with reasonable room and kitchen services. It is only critical of the small and hard-looking hotels, different from other hotels in the network where we are usually staying, but which have been exchanged on request.

I have used this accommodation for more than 15 years, it has one of the best locations for my walks, bars and restaurants to walk, transit to take my city's daughter to University and Rio Preto is in the middle of the road. Shower dropping without fully closed, 24-hour noise flow lock, brush/cold shower water before 18:00, hot water torn of the broken or unused pipe for purpose, broken sanitary vase swab, rough towels, quasi transparent (old), air conditioned sticks with crepe tape, breakfast without rest, lacking cold, fruit, bread, cheese bread, fruit salads ora has ora no, Fruit refreshing sometimes has, sometimes not, juice does not exist, even the replacing coffee and milk were slow, hair dryer from the broken bathroom, borrowed 1 at the reception, imagine the women (I went with wife and daughter), they have everything to be a great hotel, but unfortunately ...

I was in the city for an educational event and spent the whole week in the middle of a heat wave. I was very welcome to all staff, and I could modernize with wifi on a single network (each location is a network, although it is the same password), put smart TV and taken close to bed. Location very good in the center, because it has shops and restaurants nearby and it is also easy to locomote from Uber through the city. It is just a few quarters from a municipal and shopping market, as well as several stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and also the famous Hot Dogs - Mek Japa is 1 quarter, known in the city because it has gone up to the Fantastic with its 1kg hot dog. The room was very good, but I asked Ifood and Zé Delivery and it worked well. I liked it very much and I would come back!

Hello, I stayed a day, all right. Check-in agile, ms I had to remember about the valley drink (by my status) Ibis great room for standard, excellent shower and the curtain completely disable clarity, providing a good night sleep. The standard breakfast, like orange juice, fruit, mexed eggs, sauce, 3 or 4 types of colds, stays on the road, so you're a car noise, but nothing very disturbing you're a small school on the ground.

My stay at Ipê Center Hotel was very pleasant, especially because of the excellent breakfast, which really exceeded my expectations.
