Even though the place is new and super beautiful and cozy, we had a huge problem upon arrival. I was not informed that for arrivals after 6pm there is no reception or concierge working and guests arriving after this time would have to look for the key in a place that is 20 minutes away. The street at night is deserted and there is no one. Now imagine me and my friend, two women, arriving at 8pm in a totally unknown place with no one to welcome us and having to spend more than 2 hours waiting for someone from the 4 phone numbers we were calling desperately after traveling since 11am. It was very tense and they still wanted us to go to the address to get the key (inadmissible). After putting a lot of pressure and talking to the OWNER'S SON (who luckily our transfer company knew) we managed to get someone to take the key to us. Our luck is that our transfer driver (without any obligation) waited all this time with us in front of the hotel. A week before, I confirmed with a contact at the hotel whether there would be people to welcome us at 8pm and they confirmed that they would. So, here's a caveat for anyone who wants to stay here. Try to contact the doorman beforehand or stop by the office to get the key (which I think is a very strange practice). Then we were informed that there was a problem with our registration and my contact number was wrong in their system... so, I managed to contact them and they gave me the wrong information, so... I would not stay here again
