Os quartos são bons e estavam limpos. O hotel estava em obra. Para quem sai o dia inteiro não sentiu diferença , mas se ficasse lá durante o dia escutaria barulho de obra. Café da manhã ótimo e um restaurante fantástico. Mas gostaria de registrar os problemas que tive: solicitei a troca de tolhas e arrumação do quarto colocando a plaquinha de arrumação de quarto na porta. A pessoa que abastece o frigobar, entrou no quarto, abasteceu o frigobar , retirou a plaquinha da porta e foi embora. Uma falta de atenção que impactou na minha experiência , pois estava com uma criança de 7 anos e nem papel higiênico tinha no quarto quando voltei da rua. Solicitei o serviço e fui prontamente atendida. O rapaz da arrumação foi muito solícito e muito educado. O outro incômodo que tive foi que a recepção não registrou a devolução das toalhas da piscina e queriam me cobrar na conta final do check in. Por fim, não recomendo o serviço de táxi na porta do hotel, dois taxistas são extremamente grosseiros. Realmente fiquei chateada , pois meu filho ainda presenciou a cena inteira. Se precisar se locomover , opte por motoristas de aplicativos.

Infelizmente a minha estadia no Mercure Pinheiros não foi a mais agradável. Desde o check-in tive uma experiência desagradável, de muita espera para entrar na acomodação, mesmo após o horário previsto. O único ponto positivo é que a gerência me deu um desconto na estadia, para minimizar a insatisfação. Nesse aspecto, quando acionada, gerente foi bastante pró-ativa e buscou me atender o mais rápido possível. Todavia, durante a hospedagem, qualquer pedido extra para a recepção do hotel era lentamente atendido, sem contar que o café da manhã era bastante tumultuado e não era tão completo como deveria, considerando o alto custo. Por fim, convém mencionar que a limpeza diária do apartamento era muito ruim, claramente feita de maneira expressa e sem cuidado.

I regret my choice of hotel. The room gives the impression that it is clean and design. However, it is quite the opposite. We have been in 2 rooms and it was the same thing. Big problem of maintenance and cleaning. There is mold everywhere and stains in several places. It’s filthy!!! I had to go buy cleaning product… The AC is very loud. The staff is friendly and helpful sometime. The buffet lunch is average, I have seen better. The attitude of the hostess at the entrance of the restaurant is really bad. The pool is heated and pleasant.

Excelente atendimento, viajei com um bebê e me prestaram todo apoio que solicitei. Me hospedei em uma suíte executiva que possui dois ambientes separados que fica ótimo pra quem viaja com bebê. Tudo acima do esperado. Excelente custo benefício.
