The staff were very helpful and attended to all our queries. The bunker beds were excellent for the kids, with a night light on their beds. The location is just right and next to the shopping street and sea food market

The location is convenient. It's close to the restaurants mentioned online. I like that you can drink beer, plum wine and other wines for half an hour every day. There are also snacks and wine delivered. It's super good and has a very high CP value.

Great location, within walking distance of the Susukino shopping district, and even Sapporo station. Free coffee provided at the main lobby which is nice.

I stayed here while stopping off in Sapporo on a trip. The location is very good, just a few steps from Nijo Market and Tanukikoji. There is a parking lot (paid), so it is convenient. It is a multi-storey parking lot, so it takes a little time if there are other people there, but if there are no other people, you can get out in about a minute. Our family of three was satisfied with two single beds and one bunk bed. The room was not very well cleaned, and there was a lot of food scraps and dust. I think the sheets were changed to clean ones, but my family said that there were mites, so their feet and hands were itchy and they had a hard time falling asleep. In the small lounge in front of the front desk, free drinks and other services were only available to guests, and coffee was also available.
