I stayed here last year as well, but this year I was surprised to see that there was no one there to check in. The surrounding area was quiet and I was able to sleep soundly at night.
It's a great location for going to the Kokusai Ski Resort.
It's a little far from convenience stores and restaurants, but it won't be a problem for those who can get there by car.

I came for a bit of skiing and had a lovely visit. The room was comfortable, and the kitchenette is great. I only wish I had stayed longer so I could have used it. There isn’t a proper grocery store in Jozankei, so it would be best to get groceries in Sapporo before heading up to Jozankei. The Onsen was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. Communication was excellent, and checkin was easy and seamless. My only critique is with the hearing system. There were lots of warnings about not leaving it on for more than 4 hours at a time, so I was often worried about that. But I would definitely stay again!

The room is comfortable and clean, and the environment is beautiful and peaceful. Contact the store and you will get a reply soon. The staff is friendly and efficient. The items we were missing were delivered to the room quickly. The room is locked with a code and feels safe. Worth recommending.
