Staff was polite but mad mistakes with my charges. Booked for 2 nights thru ******* and went back on the app to extend another night. Staff charged me for room after I paid thru ******* with another $50 incidental fee. So $100 in incidental fees and almost $250 for the extra night. She advised me money will be put back in my card so we’ll see. We asked for fresh towels on day 2 and staff said there wasn’t any clean towels but she’d be back later with new towels. She never came with new towels and our room was never cleaned. Our trash was full and towels on floor. Not pleased.

Everything was great. One thing I didn’t like was there was no blow dryer in the bathroom. Breakfast was great!

Came down to visit my son in Seminole. He picked me up at the airport went to the hotel. The property was OK but the outside of the property was trashed but still was a good stay had a good time visiting my son would come back again.

I will never stay here again the manager there embarrassed me right in front of people eating breakfast there she needs to make sure she knows if there staying there or not before she does her drama the cook there needs to change her face she looks like someone had made her mad did not feel welcomed by the manager there and the cook. That was working on June 3rd 2024

It was very nice we stayed there for five nights got to leave our stuff in the room. They came and cleaned it every day. Very good breakfast every morning.
