Cleanliness: Beds, Towels, toilet, floor are clean. Like the wooden ***** flooring than most hotels' carpeted. Trap less dust. Rooms are made everyday. Location: Near central, so moving ard using Metro is easy, especially a station is just 70m away. However, it seems that most of the eateries are not opened over the weekend there. We like it is almost near the middle stretch of Cheonggyecheon Stream, so we can walk either way to both ends which are near tourist areas cluster. Amenities and fixtures: Several F&Bs nearby (put closes early and on weekend). A big convenient store below hotel lobby, also a pharmacy. Room fixture is dated. Need upgrading. Counter Service: Pleasant, polite but no smile. Overall is a good stay for 4Ns.

Had a great experience at Hotel Venue-G Seoul. We arrived before 12pm and were able to deposit our luggage at the concierge first, before checking in later in the afternoon at 3pm. Location was also convenient as it is near to 3 train stations. Didn't use much of facilities.

Checked in after 3pm and there was a room with tub available and they allowed us to change. Check in was very seamless, housekeeping was very efficient and gave 2 bottles of water everyday. Rooms was cleaned well everyday. Gym and 18th floor was very nice. There's a GS25 within hotel lobby and plenty of bakery around if you need a quick bite. Love the place. It's about 600m walk to Myeongdong though or 1 metro station away. Can be quite inconvenient if you have huge shopping bags from Myeongdong. However it's very easy to get to the airport as there is a airport limousine bus stop within 5mins walk. Would consider staying at the main Nine Tree next time :)

Location was great as it was within 5 mins walk to Myeongdong shopping street and Myeongdong underground shopping. Lotte and shinsegae were opposite the hotel. Bus stop outside the hotel brings you to dongdaemun for night shopping. Plentiful of food options nearby hotel. Convenience store GS25 and 7 11 were just downstairs. Has a laundry room (payable). Hotel provides free coffee and popcorn at the lobby. Room was confortable and spacious enough for us to lay out the luggages.

Location of Stanford Hotel is excellent. Expectations were high since they are located in the heart of Myeongdong & above Apple Myeongdong. One would be excited over this! However, I cannot agree on the hotel room facilities eg. basic toilet flushing & ease of use of their shampoo/conditioner container. We had challenges & issues w the toilet flushing system since Day one & reported to the housekeeping team. Nothing seems to flush away despite the numerous tries. They tried to purge it but unfortunately the issue did not go away. 2nd day they sent in the ”engineer” to forcefully try to unclog it. Even that deemed to be fruitless & frustrating. Their sewage system does not seem to support their high occupancy rate of the hotel guests. I do wonder how the other guests are dealing with this issue. Until the day that we left, issue was unresolved. As for the use of their complimentary conditioner in the bathroom, it was almost impossible to squeeze any contents out of the bottle. Seems like it's very old or totally dried out due to the low humidity in the room. Do kindly have them replaced or at least change it every so often to ensure the ease of use for future guests. Hope you will take in all these & provide a more comfortable experience for your next guests!

Everything was great except that the room really is very small. Locations is not bad, as have convenience store downstairs with alot of buses to main attractions. Aircon will automatically turn off, there is no air circulation and is stuffy. Have reported to the hotel but they say they are unable to do anything as it is central control, there is a sensor to turn off the Aircon when the room temperature is met. Requested to check and get back on the solution as we are staying 4 nights but until we check out no one has contacted us.

My 80 year old father and I had a good stay at the Fairfield Marriott on our last night in Seoul. Check in was easy, the elevators are high tech detecting your room floor when you hold the key to the hub, but the rooms are small. There's a sliding door separating the bathroom from the bedroom, but the bathroom is at the front of the room to include the door for entry. Essentially if you're on the toilet and your family/friend has left the room, you'd have to yell out to keep them from entering while on the throne. Not a big deal for overnight but for a longer stay that might be problematic. Also, said door is not quiet, so getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom requires you to make noise to slide the door closed. The room was otherwise nice. The bed was firm, the shower was good and had wash clothes. There's two hooks for hanging towels after you've used them which I think is golden. The breakfast buffet is just okay. There are plenty of food restaurants across the street from the hotel. We also had a Thai massage in that area. Oh, the slippers are really cheap, as seen in a pic... Lol.

The location of the hotel is just right next to the Hongik University station. Take the exit 8 and it takes around 5 minutes walk. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was pretty clean and well maintained. The only thing I would like to change are the selections and the variety of the breakfast - not a lots of choices and same things every day!

Good experience at RYSE Seoul overall. Originally was a little frustrated given the price of the hotel room was quite high during the period I visited Seoul. Didn’t have much choices with decent hotel that are still available. Turned out to be a pleasant surprise. RYSE is convenient and close to a lot of great restaurants and streets for sightseeing, just in walking distance. Love the coziness of the hotel. Close to the subway too.

I stayed here for the first time because I thought it was in a good location in Myeongdong. It was a very clean and comfortable hotel. The only thing I didn't quite understand was how to use the air conditioner and TV. No matter how much I turned the air conditioner down to the cold setting, it would quickly rise to over 28 degrees and get very hot. I couldn't watch the TV no matter what I pressed on the remote, so maybe I just don't know enough. I had no choice but to watch YouTube. I also used the bagel shop on the first floor and had a very delicious breakfast. Overall, I would like to stay here again.

Location was excellent. Very near to Cheonggyecheon Stream and City Hall Station making it very convenient to travel to many places. Services were excellent and staff was very nice and helpful. Just that the room space was a bit small for family with lots of luggages. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and will still highly recommend to our friends to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is very close to Myeongdong station. It is very easy to find. It's good that you can check in by yourself anytime after you get the information from the hotel. The room is quite good and clean. The only thing which is not good is that you can hear people all around your room you can hear the noise from outside the room and room beside you. But as I only stay 1 night so it's ok.
