Best Hotels near Kim＇s Club Gangnam, Seoul

Location is decent with many convenience marts nearby and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest train station. There's no make-up room available unless you pay for it. They do however replenish your room supplies when you ask. A bit pricey for the room size, but overall still a comfortable stay.

Feeling very disappointed at very beginning, when we arrived at hotel front desk around 14:40, a male receptionist without checking our name or the system telling me that they are fully booked, and checkin starts at 15:00, then when a Korean couple arrived they checked-in successfully, so I went to him, he said because they are member, and the attitude weren't good. So, I argued that I'm hotelier, so I know how system and procedure would be like, asking him without checking in Opera or their system and the room type booked, he already know there's no room? and in 10 minutes will be a room available? And why cannt he do the registration first? his attitude shows that he's being ******! This first impression was very bad! However the HSKP and call center service was very good, and deliver things we asked effeicently! Yet, the first impression ruined majority experience. 我们在办入住的时候遇到一个有****的韩国男生，我们到酒店是14：40左右，但是这个前台的男生连系统都没有查就告诉我们没有房，他们正常办理入住的时间是15：00，我自己作为在酒店工作的人看到这种很生气，因为本来是很理解同行的，就想着算了20分钟就不和他较劲了。但是转头一对韩国夫妇就办理了入住了，我就很生气，因为本身他的态度就很不好。我就气和他吵了一下，说流程不该是先看看有没有房，你都不知道我们订的什么房型，然后你告诉我十分钟后就能有房？这是想干嘛呢！ 后面的入住体验还可以，打电话让送东西的和清洁都还挺好的，但第一印象很不好！所以能不住还是尽量不住这家酒店。

Overall , accommodating staffs and affordable price for 2 rooms! FYI, tooth brush and tooth paste are not included. You’ll have to pay 1000W at the lobby/front desk Or you can bring your own Or buy from CU store located on 2nd floor. IPark Mall is directly connected between Yongsan Station & the hotel itself. There are a lot of cafes at the station itself too. Btw, the Wowpass Machine can be found INSIDE the CU store! Highly suggest to register there instead of the crowded locations such as at the airport or seoul station to save time. Hope that helps and thanks ibis yongsan!

First of all, the atmosphere is super classy and nice, but it's because the building is old.. There is a glass door in the bathroom that separates the toilet and shower, but the door was broken and almost hurt... Facility maintenance seems to be necessary... .

This is my second time staying at Novotel Yongsan. Arrived early for check in at about 11am and was told that I can only try to check in at about 1-2pm. Went for a walk at the nearby mall and came back to the hotel to check in at 2pm. Was told that the rooms were not ready so we headed out for a walk again. I went back to the hotel 3.10am and has to wait for about 20mins to check in due to the long queue. Was quite disappointed that the hotel couldn’t offer an early check in and the check in took longer than expected. Love it that it’s connected to the train station and hotel has all the necessary amenities.

It takes less than 2 minutes from Exit 1 of Seocho Station (Line 2), but there is no signboard of the hotel, and the cafe next door is a landmark. The so-called ``Goshiwon'', Livingtel and Officetel type guesthouses. There is a reception on the 4th floor, but the staff is not resident, and it depends on the time of day, so it is better to inform the check-in time. Shoe boxes and slippers are available for rent at the entrance. The 2nd floor is a single room with a shower, and the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors are single rooms without a shower. There is a shared kitchen on the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floors, and you can eat whatever you want. There is a water server on each floor. If you are not familiar with Kosiwon, it may be difficult for long-term residents because the staff is not resident. The room requires a normal key and a deposit of 10,000w at check-in. The room is a little over 2 tatami mats in size, and although the shape of the room is different between the inside and the outside, the basic structure is a shelf above the desk, a clothes closet next to it, and a refrigerator below. The lights in the hallway are turned off day and night, probably to save electricity (even if someone turns them on, they are immediately turned off), so the inside of the building feels a bit dry. The shared shower on the 4th floor is old and a little intimidating, which may be hard for Japanese people. The showers on the 2nd and 3rd floors are clean and bright. Wi-Fi had routers on the floor and in each room, but it was a little choppy, probably due to aging, so there was no problem with smartphones, but PCs were difficult to use. It is suitable for people who want to keep their accommodation costs low as it is easily accessible from the station despite being a cheap hotel. If you walk to the other side, you can reach ”Kyodae” station on lines 8 and 9 in about 10 minutes, so it's convenient. Airport limousines can also be boarded on the main street. There is a large mall with Lotte Mart on the other side of the station, and it is convenient because it also has a food court. There are many local restaurants in the back street, and it is crowded with local office workers, so you won't have any trouble staying. Since the staff is not resident, if you tell the time when you check out, they will come to return the deposit, but it is also a bit of a problem.

The room is very good and very convenient to use. The location is about ten minutes away from the Southern Subway Bus Terminal, and the surrounding area is also convenient. It would be better if the sofa in the living room was more comfortable. Overall it is highly recommended!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Extremely comfortable, wonderful location and breakfast was outstanding. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The room was clean everyday(which is the reason I leave a full score review). Service was very nice, the reception guy/lady kindly help to solve problems we have. The laundry devices was not very satisfactory though, the coin changing thing and one of the washing machine was not working that night, we ended up finishing laundry at midnight, exhausted. Despite that, service and cleanness was 10 of 10.

The location is less than 5 minutes walk from Uijeongneung Station. It's a straight road. It was quite small, so I had a bit of trouble finding a place to send my carrier, and there was a lot of hair falling down, so I think it was a little lacking in cleanliness, but other than that I didn't mind. There is a McDonald's next door which is convenient.
