Arrived at the hotel at almost 11 pm. When I got to the accommodation, they said they didn't make a reservation. There was no booking. Oh my god. Then they said the hotel is full today. Take it, take it. I booked through Trip but was busy looking for bookings through Agoda. How could I find the booking number? Most importantly, I printed out the booking form and wrote Trip as if it were a house. The staff didn't read it. Luckily, only the family room was full. The hotel solved the problem by still having single and double rooms available. Next time, if we book a room through Trip, do we, the bookers, have to confirm with the hotel again? In fact, shouldn't the hotel check every system that they have entrusted to sell?

There is nothing else except cheap. The facilities are also poor... It is close to the airport and provides a place to sleep. They don't even provide toothbrushes.
