It is very close to the Plaza de Armas and can be reached on foot after taking the bus from Granada. The biggest feature of the hotel is that it provides various gifts, and I have been receiving gifts since I arrived. There was champagne when we arrived and a whole bottle was given in the room.
The front desk is a very cute little handsome guy from Seville. He greets us with a smile every day and answers all questions. All service staff are very serious about answering questions and helping when requested.
The mini bar is also free.

I don't think I have ever felt so welcome in a hotel. Everything was amazing. We arrived on a very early flight from Cork and our room was ready with cold cava to welcome us. The staff were so nice. Central to everything with fantastic restaurants close by. Breakfast was beautiful. L'occitane products in the bathroom. I miss it already ;0)
