하.. 로비냄새는 괜찮음, 객실, 복도냄새가 진짜 바닥에 누가 토를 한 것 같은 냄새가 남.. 화장실도 타일이 중간중간 깨져있고.. 서비스또한 최악이었음을.. 방2개를 예약하고 방 1개는 1일, 1개는 2일을 이용했다. 그러나 밤 12시가 넘은 시간에 경비가 방에 찾아와 방값을 지불하지 않았으니 프론트에 내려와서 방값을 지불하라고 하였다. 1차적으로 기분이 나빴다. 그들은 시계가 없나? 체크아웃때 확인해도 될 것이었다. 나는 싱글침대가 2개인 방을 2개 예약했고, 퀸침대가 1개인 방을 하루 예약했다. 체크인 할 때 나의 이름으로 예약을 2일 한 것을 아느냐고 물었고 직원은 나에게 xxx방에서 2일을 묵으면 된다고 안내받았다. 나는 가격이 다른 것을 알고있다. 정말 싱글 2개인 방에서 2일을 묵어도 되는 것이니? 하고 3번을 확인했다. 호텔의 서비스인줄 알고 고마웠다. 그러나 밤 12시에 찾아와서 퀸침대1개인 방으로 예약했는데 왜 값을 더 지불하지 않냐고 했다. 또한 체크아웃이 완료된 방에 왜 짐을 빼지 않냐고 물었다. 우린 짐이 없다고 말했고 직접. 한 번 더 확인을 시켰으며 그것은 그저 쓰레기였다. 당신들의 직원이 실수했으면 실수한 직원을 교육시키든, 당신들이 인수인계를 똑바로 하면 될 일이다.. 왜 고객인 내가 그 늦은 밤에 돈을 내지 않고 방을 이용한 사람취급을 당하며 피해를 봐야하지? 태풍으로 인해 비행기가 다음 날로 지연됐는데 냄새가 너무 심해서 다른 호텔로 옮겼다. 또한 은반지2개를 잃어버림. 호텔방안에 있는게 확실한데^^ 체크아웃하고 5시간만에 다시 되돌아갔지만 없었다. 금품을 소중하게 여기지 않은 나의 잘못도 있다. 그러나 당신들도 조심하길.. 이 호텔은 중국이다
