The hotel is very conveniently located near Shanghai Indoor Stadium metro station, lines 1, 4, 6, and 7. The restaurant has some good food as well as coffee in the morning.

Great hotel! The location was ideal with plenty of food options nearby and is walking distance to tourist destinations and parks. The front desk were a great help to us and would be one of the main reasons why I would stay again. The room itself was spacious and clean with great natural lighting. The toilet is clean and has the Japanese style toilet, however, the bathroom door to the hall of the room is transparent. Overall, great hotel and would definitely stay again!

Beside the very kind guy who checked me in on my arrival (unfortunately I don’t know his name) and the lovely Ayi taking care of the 8th floor, the staff is overall quite not professional and not exactly what I would describe friendly. Pity because the hotel itself has been a surprise, well located, well designed and well maintained. Quality of the decorations are “entry level” I would say but the overall design is anyway well done, comfy and pleasant. Breakfast, Chinese style, is quite poor in terms of quality and options. Good option for its price-point but I would definitely consider some extra training for the staff….and maybe a bit newer soundproofing windows in the rooms.

The Bund Area
Positives: The location is great, 5 min walk from Nanjing Street and 10 min walk from the Bund. There are lots of great restaurants around, and you can have food delivered to the hotel 🥰 The bed was very comfy and slept really well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Could be better: Someone else wrote a review about their upgrade. I can confirm that having a room upgrade for the 'city' view' is not worth it. I would've preference an upgrade for a slightly bigger room. The view was disappointing. The bathroom - the water pressure in the shower was quite sad. Replacing the shower heads might help with that. The sealant around the shower cabin could do with being cleaned better or replaced. Overall, I'd stay there again, mainly for the location.

酒店新開的，整體還行，提三點建議。 1.酒店的淋浴冷熱水不理想，不太好調，要麼太燙要麼太冷。 2.早餐不理想，一是餐品較單一，咖啡是酸的，不知道是牛奶沒保存好還是什麼原因，和服務員反應後也沒重新給我做；二是麪檔蛤蜊太多泥沙了；三是用餐過程中服務員餐盤不收拾，而且很木訥。 3.車庫門口沒有指示，從車庫上到大堂也沒有指示，而且離開時從電梯下車庫的話，出來有個台階，差點摔跤。
