Pullman accommodation in Shanghai

The location is quite convenient, close to Jing'an District, and the subway station is just across the main road. The room was generally clean and spacious. The bed was large, but the pillows were a bit flat and soft; it would be even better if this could be improved. (Since there were three of us, the sofa bed was converted into a double bed, and two pillows were provided. It would have been great if the hotel had automatically provided extra pillows.) The bathroom was also very large, but the shower pressure was insufficient, I'm not sure if it was a water pressure issue. On the other hand, I must praise the hairdryer; it worked really well.

Very good location if you also plan for a short trip to nearby cities, ie. Suzhou and Hangzhou. Overall, the hotel room is clean and well maintained. Housekeeping ladies are attentive as well. Will stay here again.

First time staying here. The hotel is conveniently located near Shanghai South Railway Station, making it great for high-speed rail travel. The decor is pretty standard, but the facilities are a bit dated – no smart toilets, for example. Breakfast was decent. I checked in late, and since the hotel had a conference going on, the front desk upgraded me to a suite. It was huge! The breakfast was really good too.

Overall, it was a decent stay. The heating in the room was a bit too warm for winter, and I was told it's a central system for the entire building that can't be adjusted, which was a bit disappointing. Sleeping at night was fine though, not too hot and not too cold. The buffet breakfast selection was a bit limited. All in all, it was an okay experience, neither great nor terrible.
