酒店服務和硬件都很好，雖然位置有點偏，但風景好，安靜適合度假。 趁上午人少的時候去納帕海玩，很方便。從古城開車過來半小時左右。 有機會還會再來。

環境：風景很不錯，小陽台躺着很舒服，感覺高反都減輕了。
設施：外觀上很好，風景在納帕海獨樹一幟，酒店大堂門口還有祈願樹。
服務：很棒，前台給升級了套房，來回房間都有接駁車，要是同行人數多一點在陽台打個**美滋滋的愜意。
衞生：整體還好，但是有兩個問題：1.房間洗髮露和沐浴露不知道為什麼接近空瓶。2.早餐餐枱附近有蚊蟲蒼蠅，需要注意。
綜上還是非常不錯的入住體驗，比在城區舒坦多了，在這感覺才真正的離天堂近一點。

酒店在納帕海一個山腳下的凹凹裏依山而建，陽台可以看見納帕海，入住時水不多看到景觀是草原，上面有很多牛馬在吃草，大堂休息區很適合坐着喝茶聊天，房間乾淨，推薦

環境很好，面對納帕海大草原，房間視角也無敵，坐在陽台上非常舒服，晚上還能看到星空。酒店工作人員都非常熱情，每次出門的接駁車也來得很及時，尤其管家小譚，一早就聯繫了我，安排接送等等，事無鉅細很貼心，主動推薦的飯店也是好吃又實惠。很滿意。

I took my two dogs on vacation. After a tour around the lake, I found that the hotel is the largest and best hotel around Napahai. The lobby and the manager also upgraded me to a suite for free. I look forward to coming back in winter to enjoy the beautiful scenery of ice and snow.
