The stay is located in a peaceful and open space, just 20 minutes away from the Shangri-La train station, near Lake Napahai. We are surrounded by majestic mountains and expansive fields, with fresh air and a clear blue sky. The room is equipped with an oxygen supply and heated floors, making it incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious 牦牛 hotpot, which was absolutely delightful, especially with its flavorful soup base. We had hoped to see a galaxy of stars, but unfortunately, the sky was cloudy. Later in the evening, we ordered instant noodles and beer from Meituan. The delivery was impressively on time, despite the distance. This is the kind of trip I enjoy—away from the crowds, quiet, and peaceful, with the refreshing embrace of nature. 民宿地处幽静开阔的空间，距离香格里拉火车站仅 20 分钟路程，靠近纳帕海湖。四周群山环绕，田野广阔，空气清新，天空湛蓝。房间配有氧气供应和加热地板，非常舒适。 我们享用了美味的牦牛火锅，尤其是汤底的香味， 令人赞不绝口。我们原本希望看到星空，但不幸的是，天空阴云密布。当晚晚些时候，我们在美团订购了方便面和啤酒。尽管距离很远，但送货准时，令人印象深刻。 我喜欢这样的旅行——远离人群，安静祥和，拥抱大自然，令人心旷神怡。期待下次的相会。 香格里拉润境·牧栖半山庄园 - 在梅里雪山也有另一间名宿， 希望有机会可以去体验。

A family of four play together, the scenery is beautiful, the service is considerate, and the little animals are even cuter! recommend! Will definitely come again if I have the chance!

Absolutely incredible experience - it’s more than just a hotel with stunning views of the grassland and mountains! Pros - - the hotel is home to many adorable animals, which you can give free pets and even feed. Even if you don’t particularly enjoy animals, they surely liven the place and provide the perfect backdrop for your grassland landscape pic - the room was well furnished with marshall speakers, apelles supply, Dyson hairdryer, humidifier, room heater, and an oxygen generator and tube. It was also impeccably clean even for someone with abit of OCD. I must say the facilities surpassed most of the 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in. - there’s a free ******* clothing photography experience which you can opt for - convenient location which is about a 10-minute drive away from the city and a 5-minute drive away from the nearest horse-riding park - and most importantly what completes this experience was the butlers. The service was top notch! They were extremely attentive, friendly, and accommodating. From the welcome snacks to the tour of the room, the friendly advice to prevent altitude sickness, the shuttle to horse-riding park, tweaking menu to suit dietary needs, serving warm milk at night, laundry service, and satisfying my curiosity by sharing about the city and local culture. They definitely went above and beyond to make the guests feel welcomed and ensure they have a great time. Thank you to all of you again! Cons - absolutely nothing. I hardly go at lengths to recommend a hotel as much as this but this is definitely a place one should visit. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I have always wanted to visit Shangri-La. In order to avoid peak travel, I chose this time period to travel. I looked on the platform for several days and chose to stay at Lanyu Hotel. As expected, I was not disappointed. The hotel contacted in advance and told some precautions. I was repeatedly reminded to bring thick clothes after arriving. It was really heartwarming. When I arrived at the hotel, the young man helped to move the luggage and sent us to the room. The front desk also helped to upgrade the room type very warmly. I was really super happy. Moreover, they answered all questions and helped to answer any needs. This was really great. It made us feel very warm in a strange city. Friends who go to Shangri-La sincerely recommend this hotel

I have nothing but great things to say about my stay here. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was warmly welcomed with drink and snacks. What was unique - they had three sets of toiletries to choose from. My family could choose the one they like. Room was clean and big enough for the 4 of us. There were also complimentary fruits, snacks and goodnight dessert. When I asked for where I could do my laundry, my dedicated ‘butler’ was quick to offer that they do them for me and they were promptly handed back to me the following day. If I could rate them 10 stars I would 🤩. Their warmth and service was just great !

Even though the location was quite secluded, it was worth the stay. The room was very well furnished and even comes with a projector screen for us to screen mirror our movies. Views were astonishing with many animals around. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming as well! Overall very satisfied!

Very well decorated and well equipped hotel. It comes with all the necessary amenities, consumables, and even has one oxygen tank in their lobby for those who need some extra oxygen. We got a decent family room. The only drawback is the poor design of its bathroom floor, which makes the water keep staying on the floor, without flowing out through the drain. The location of the hotel is great. There are restaurants, shops, supermart, within walking distance. The Dukezong ancient town is also just within proximity, thus you can visit the ancient town by just walking from the hotel.

Near to the old town and lots of restaurants nearby. Very nice and comfortable room. We are happy to stay here. Staff is very friendly too. We enjoy our stay here very much. My kids got altitude sickness and vomited, they help to clean up too. Very kind of them.

We come to travel with family. vacation Reserve a family room with 3 beds. The rooms are clean, the lights are very bright, and the facilities are excellent. There is a projector. oxygen generator and humidifier But I don't have time to watch TV shows because I've been traveling all day and I'm exhausted. The bathroom is spacious, but there are disadvantages. The tile floor is very slippery. The shower and toilet spots are close to each other. The bathroom floor is not made in two levels to prevent wet floors from coming out of the shower area. The environment around the hotel is very good. Finding food to eat in the morning is close to the hotel. Walk to the ancient city for about 1 km. Enough to exercise.
