I have stayed in the hotel many times, but the room is still a bit small and is in need of renovation. The usual price of more than 400 is not bad, but the price of more than 1,000 during the Spring Festival is not worth it. The breakfast is getting worse and worse, not as good as a fast hotel.

I booked it in advance on the 11th trip. In order to facilitate my trip to South Australia to live in Chenghai District, I thought the hotel chain facilities would be okay, but this time I had a bad review. There was no hot water bath for the whole night. The weather was hot. I didn’t take a shower. I called the front desk and said that I would turn on the switch but it was useless. I won’t live in the chain store again next time.

Booked online in advance, check-in and check-out were much more convenient and quick. The hygiene was OK, the mattress was a little damp and needed to be aired. The room was close to the road, so I didn't sleep very well.

GGuest UserI was very impressed by this hotel albeit just outside the main area of the town, a slow walk of 2 kilometres. The reception was very efficient in checking us in and allocate our room on the 10th floor. The room was large by the standards we were accustomed to in the West, whilst the bed was just right and very comfortable. The costs of our 2 night stay was incrediblely cheap with breakfast by any standard albeit Chaoyang isn't a 1st line city. The service we got was second to none, especially the night front desk lady - Suki Li and the day front desk young man - Alan Cheng. They bent over backward to help especially with my limited putonghua by conversing in Cantonese instead. They helped with taxi bookings when I could not because of I didn't have a local mobile number plus trying to use the automated vending machine which was QR coded as per norm in China. Breakfast was a mixture of oriental and western food. I was glad that the hotel has decent English breakfast tea unlike many others that we had stayed in, in additonal, the self service coffee machine can produce a decent coffee that satisfied the wife ( 2 shots of expresso plus 1 flat white or 1 Americano). The only complaint I have was that there is no milk power or fresh milk available in the room for making tea or coffee, it's one issue that the hotel management should consider in the near future. Overall, the hotel was cleaned and modern. I have no hesitation in recommend it.

GGuest UserI am very satisfied with the hygiene and decoration. The decorations at the entrance of each room are also slightly different and have their own characteristics. The space of the room meets the needs. The key point is that the toilet is separated from wet and dry, and I am not afraid of the smell of the channel. The room type this time is based on the residential area. The advantage is that it is very quiet at night.

2. Service at Reception: Exceptional! All staffs we encountered were very helpful and friendly. 6 stars!!!

5. Transport : No MRT, no buses. However, DiDi taxi is easily and readily available… and fees are very affordable too.

The hotel is very close to various attractions. Turn left after leaving the hotel and walk two steps, and you will reach the Xinghuaqiao East Bus Station. The bus routes extend in all directions! Both sides of the bus stop are densely packed with bus routes, which is great!
If you take a taxi, it is almost the starting price to go to various places, which is extremely convenient! It only costs 14 to 16 to go to Wanda and MixC.
And there are three different brands of shared electric vehicles at the entrance of the hotel that can be scanned and ridden, which is extremely convenient!
Especially in such a location, it can still give such a cheap price! It even provides a buffet breakfast! My God! What else can I say about this～～😘😘😘Love it!
There is a rice noodle shop, a fruit shop, a pig's trotter rice, and a convenience store across the road from the hotel, which is very convenient.
When I saw those bad reviews before booking, I was wondering, it’s impossible, Jinjiang Star can’t be like this. But when I arrived and took a look, I immediately understood... Please... Either the competitors deliberately made bad reviews due to vicious competition, or the people have hardly traveled... It depends on the situation if they are pretentious... 😂Everything they provide is very standard, in a very expensive scenic area, and the room rate is 100 yuan, isn’t that enough? They can’t possibly lose money to provide the facilities of a luxury suite😂😂😂😂, the buffet breakfast alone is worth more than 40 yuan.
