Clear and comfortable . Breakfast is good. Personal are suave. Bedding is also quite good. I was there for business trip. Next time gonna go again.

Shaoxing is a 2-hour drive from Shanghai. A full meal is provided for every room you book, with Chinese/Western options available. Hotel amenities: Outdoor: mini golf, climbing and expansion slide, infinity pool, small zoo, horseback riding, archery (with sunshade). Indoor: indoor pool, small bar, afternoon tea. The entire castle is very suitable for taking photos, and European dresses are available for rent. The corridors and furniture in the rooms are very European and retro, come and take beautiful photos. The especially considerate butler service throughout the trip made the whole trip and dining very smooth and satisfying, thanks to our butler Qianqian🥰

I came here once before I had children. The experience was so good that I thought I would definitely bring my children here again after I had children. I caught the tail of the summer vacation and found that the weather in Shaoxing was not so hot. I finally grabbed a room from the platform after a day of browsing. It was really hard to get a room, so I went on a dream trip. We came at the right time. It happened to be when the hotel had a lot of summer activities. Adults and children had a lot of fun. The experience and participation were perfect. Look at the pictures. Even the super expensive and super hard to invite non-legacy monkey show was invited. It was so beautiful to watch the monkey show and eat melons. The children were fascinated. It was not easy to perform makeup and costumes on such a hot day. Unfortunately, I couldn't play all of them due to time constraints. I must give a real name to the hotel's own restaurant Yujia Courtyard and Yujia Noodle House. The courtyard's preserved vegetables and stinky tofu made me want to eat it for many years and finally I got to eat it again. The sweet and sour pork tenderloin was eaten up by the children. It was the old-fashioned fried sweet and sour sauce, not the sweet tomato sauce. It must be praised! The rice cake is not very sweet. The noodle soup in the noodle house is really delicious, not the kind of blending. The two children played and ate it well. All the service staff are really dedicated to the service. The lobby staff are friendly and gentle, and proactive. The diligence and thoughtfulness of the southern guy and the soft, sweet, gentle and considerate southern girl are very touching. The battery car is also available on call. The battery car master is tired and sweaty on a hot day, but he is also naturally enthusiastic and cheerful and caring about the children. This is my second time staying at Shangyu Hotel. The receptionist at the hotel is kind and polite. They also helped me upgrade the room. The room is spacious and clean with complete facilities. There is also a swimming pool downstairs. The breakfast restaurant on the third floor is elegant and comfortable. The surrounding transportation is convenient and it is also very convenient to travel. It is the first choice for family, friends or business travel.

This has been one of my favorite hotels in keqiao because of it's location. But it has really got old now. They room looks battered. The doors of the washroom are loose. sometimes feel scared they might fall. The amenities are very normal. The breakfast is also ok. The rooms need a touch-up very badly. The shower doesn’t have any power.

The hotel has a very good location. Go out from the side door of the lobby on the first floor and walk to Luzhen and Keyan Scenic Area for 5 minutes. The hotel is very big, and every room can see green through the windows. The hotel serves breakfast until 10 o'clock, which is very suitable for vacation. There are many kinds of breakfast and the waiters are all polite. When checking in, the front desk guy patiently arranged a room for us and showed us the room. When we checked out, he thoughtfully gave us a souvenir, slippers and water, which made us feel comfortable on the way back. A piece of fruit is given in the room every day, and two desserts are given in the evening. We stayed there for three nights and nothing was the same. All this reflects that the hotel's software services are excellent. Although the hotel's hardware is not outstanding, the excellent service awareness still makes me happy to recommend this hotel to my friends.

Got there around CNY eve, so things were a bit on the quiet side. Parking was a bit chaotic at first with cars parked all along the entrance, it was not clear where to park until I went inside and asked. Check in was quick and to my pleasent surprise the checkin agent Gary spoke English very well. He was extemely helpful and and accomodating. He even explained that breakfast would be included because of CNY. The hotel was very clean, room was clean. The hotel is at a very good location, central to many important areas in Shaoxing. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Check out was simple and the overnight parking fee was taken care by the hotel. Overall, the hotel has the quality, look and feel that you would expect from a Holiday Inn brand hotel. Would definitely recommend and will rebook in the future. Many families with kids too. Please note if traveling around CNY, certain restaurants etc may be closed for the holiday.

The hotel itself is a big park, with a good location and convenient access to everything. The Green Tea restaurant is delicious, the breakfast is delicious and rich, the room is clean, and I will stay here again next time. I have selected 5-diamond hotels throughout my trip to Jiangnan, and this is the best hotel.
