The New Year's Eve night was very lively and the fireworks were beautiful. We booked a sea view room and could see the fireworks over the sea in the Slow Cocoa room. It was a great experience. The staff are very enthusiastic. The lady at the front desk made coffee sticks and served us dumplings on New Year's Eve, which was very heart-warming. The guy on the night shift recommended us a route for the next day. It’s also very convenient to take a taxi from here to Judiaosha and Luzui Villa. You can also go to Guzheng in the evening. During the two days of my stay, sugar water was provided every day, so I could enjoy the sea view experience right outside my door. I will come back to Slow Cocoa next time I come~ Highly recommended!

Afternoon tea package upon check-in: This folk customs does not provide it. It may be just provided by Ctrip based on the points. I don’t understand it very well.

We loved the location right on the beach and the vibe was quirky and characterful with the Havana theming. The hotel is a little run down but that doesn’t really bother us however our room, while comfortable, could do with a deep clean. The staff are friendly. Given the quite remote location, there could be a better breakfast offering (including tea or coffee) as there is nothing else around. We are are relaxed travellers and used to China but some people may find this off putting. The price is a lot all things considered.

A very good experience. I looked online and found out that their housekeepers are very good, especially Phoebe. This time I checked in with my husband and she was the receptionist. She was also there for the next two days. I asked them to make a reservation the first night. She also helped deliver flowers and cakes to the room. And what’s particularly good about their home is that they add WeChat as soon as they check in. If you have any questions or requests, you can communicate with them directly and they will get back to you instantly! It was rainy for the two days we went, and I was reminded to bring an umbrella and be careful about insects flying into the house! One thing that's particularly good is that I happened to be sick on the day I went, and their housekeeper went out of his way to help me buy medicine, which was really considerate. Although I went this time to see the blue sky and white clouds, it was raining and I couldn't see the beautiful scenery, but their service was very good and it was worth a visit.

Hotel is at great location which offers wonderful stunning views. Staff is cooperative and helpful. Totally maintained hygiene and cleanliness. Rooms are spacious with big balcony and large windows . There is projector for watching movie approx 150” I guess. So if you love watching movies; you can watch at night. I got a private pool. I was disappointed with two things first they offers pure Chinese breakfast which is not my cup of tea and second there is no room dial service. If you need something you have to message them; they do respond. Highly recommend.

The hotel offers great service and a lot of free goodies! One of which was their phototaking service! JC, our photographer, was highly professional. He gave a lot of posing tips and directed us to picturesque spots. He was very patient and was willing to cater to specific requests from his clients. Overall, we are grateful to JC's for his professionalism and giving us an enjoyable experience.
