住過多家中集的酒店，設施風格都是統一的實木風，這個風格不太喜歡，不過餐食還可以，另外智能化還有待提高，現在出差真的是懶得找開關遙控器

你永遠可以相信國企旗下的酒店。能感受到接待『領導』般的待遇。
服務特別好，遇到的酒店員工都有熱情打招呼，就算在忙，但是如果看到你有需求也會第一時間主動來詢問和提供幫助。
服務也特別高效。一開始Wi-Fi沒連上，反饋給前台後很快就得到了解決，不得不感歎工程部師傅的高效和專業。和前台溝通很順暢，處理問題得也很及時。
酒店毗鄰樂府廣場和萬達廣場，購物逛街都方便。光明招待所也就10分鐘車程，吃乳鴿相當方便哈哈哈。好吃到後面叫外賣也要再吃一次哈哈哈～外賣可以由機器人送貨上門，很方便。
酒店裝修是美式風格，設計典雅大氣，家俬用料紮實，特別是床，睡得很舒服。甚至枕頭都有五種不同的選擇！衞浴乾淨整潔，配備齊全，用的是皇家玫瑰的洗浴，很温和的味道不會過於濃郁。還配有有臟衣籃，這個是很多五星品牌酒店都會忽略的細節，很貼心。大堂吧還有設定專門的遛娃區域，也有小零食提供，客房也有親子主題的。適合商務差旅，也適合親子度假，很温馨的一家酒店。
負一樓還有健身房和洗衣房，洗個衣服的功夫還能健身，哈哈哈，不愧是深圳效率。
開關插座位置設計都挺合理的，充電口也很充足，基本沒有硬傷操作。就是浴室的燈開關設定在了門口，找了一會兒，建議添加更明顯的指示性標識。
總之就是細節都做得很到位的一家寶藏酒店，好到讓人忍不住自發寫長評的一家很棒的酒店！
