第一次住這裏，行李比較多。糖心跟小鄭給我運送行李並介紹客房，遇見快速辦理入住，整體挺好的，就是房間有嗡嗡嗡的聲音，不知道是什麼，其他挺好的

入住過程比較折騰，從停車開始，需要繞道掉頭去停車場，然後房間的空調不行，叫人修理後還是不行，跟前台反覆溝通後終於在半夜12多換了個房間，吃早餐時空調也是不行，顧客們都在抱怨空調不涼，吃得一身汗，包括酒店大堂也是熱，難為前台工作人員還穿個長袖外套。總之，就是停車和空調問題。

來這邊出差，入住之前沒有提前説明幾點退房照常是兩點，退房當天主動詢問前台説是給升級到兩點退房。還不到兩點前台就打電話問是否續住這點可以理解沒問題。不到五分鐘阿姨就在門口敲門説到退房時間了抓緊時間退房 ？？一看手機兩點不到……出房間一打開門阿姨就站在門口等，如果有客人需要入住這些都可以理解，但也不至於這麼急吧？電視也沒幾個頻道可以看，畫質簡直感人都是模糊的。
