Hotels near Sesakiakari Park, Shimonoseki

Arrived late at night and only １ nights. A little far from Shimonoseki Station, but the Karatsu market of the tourist spot is close and Akama Jingu shrine is in front of you. The dormitory room signed was just the view of Akama Jingu shrine. I couldn't use it when I checked out, but I seemed to have access to the rooftop. I did a waste of expecting a considerable view. The shared space is large and there is a cafe. Good environment for address hopper work. I'm almost a joint bath with Domi. It was my first visit to Shimonoseki, but I liked the city very much. However, it is subtle whether it becomes here because I want to take an inn around Shimonoseki station next time.

　The hotel in Shimonoseki chose this place to try fish and seafood in the Karato market. Since the front of the hotel is a shipping station to Moji and Iwata Island, I was able to return to the hotel in ５ minutes after sightseeing Moji retro. Convenience store is next to the family. The sea sound hall and Kamon Wharf are also in front of you. Akama Jingu shrine and Yoshitsune statue are within walking distance. The station is far, but there are often city buses. Parking fee was free. The staff feels good. The building is old, the room is slender and small, but if you go from the price, you can't complain. The bed in the twin room is semi double ２ and relaxing. The bath and toilet are separated, and the bath is Japanese style that can wash the body outside the bathtub. There is a bath salt. There is no hook to hang a bath towel.

Location conditions cleanliness is good. I don't go to the public bath on the first basement floor, but there is a joint bath. It is crowded depending on the time zone, but it is convenient to see the congestion situation on the TV screen in the room. The ramen of the noodle shop in the center of the adjacent ramen is delicious at the miso ramen shop. The guests are happy to have a drink 1 cup free including alcohol. There is also a single item, so you can easily use it as a tavern. However, the unfortunate thing is that the check-in is made by the time zone, and the procession takes too long. I was waiting for about 30 minutes when I went around 18 o'clock. Can't it be a little smoother? Because the check-out was possible by the machine, there was only one person at the front desk, and even if I tried to leave my luggage, it corresponded to other customers, and it took time and waited for a lot. I am glad to be able to temporarily leave my luggage before check-in or after out. However, when I went to take the luggage that I had temporarily kept after checking out in the evening, the customer was full at the front desk and waited for a while. I was frustrated because the time to leave the Shinkansen was approaching. It takes too long for one person. I want you to grasp the situation at the front desk at the office and respond to the empty employees. If this was not a full score, it was a pity. The language is polite.

Although the design of the hotel is relatively simple and old, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a bus nearby to go to Karato Market the next day👍🏻I appreciate the friendly attitude of the front counter staff, who also tried their best to communicate with us in English and a translator. Very close hotel from Shimonoseki Station. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk. The price of the original 々 is also cheap, but we were able to stay at a low price in the Go To Travel campaign. The bed is comfortable and comfortable in a clean clean room. There was also a bicycle rental (1 only) and I was able to use it for Shimonoseki sightseeing. It is 100 yen an hour. There is a little buffet of bread in the morning. It is difficult to have not many restaurants and convenience stores on the west side of Shimonoseki Station, and it is good to go to the hotel after shopping is done in front of the station.

There are about 20 clothes lockers in the 10th floor large bath, 7 washing places in the bathroom, 5 people 〜 6 people, and open-air baths, sauna and water baths. Recently, the free ice pudding lactic acid beverage of the dome in standard is placed by time zone next to the large bath door. There seemed to be a manned hand rubbing place, but there was a free massage chair during the rest. You had everything you need whenever it come to JR hotel, the train station are always packed with foodies and whatever necessities you need like matsumoto kiyoshi. Fell ill this time when i arrived and the helpful staff though can't speak english well, try to help me identify the shop to get med and i greatly appreciate their customer service. Foodies street right below of the hotel, with Shin shin ramen, skewer and kinda a party foodies street. Very convenient but i dont think i will visit kokura so often but i will be back to this hotel if required. Great work!

We stayed 1-night in a 3-bedder while exploring North-East Kyushu area. Very friendly front desk staff and they were efficient and fast checking us in to to our room. To our surprise, we were provided with complimentary breakfast and also free-flow welcome drinks. Excellent end to the day after driving hours in the heavy downpour. Room was of good size for 3 adults and even space to lay out our luggage. WiFi was good and we had free car park throughout the stay. Beds were comfy with choice of pillows. Separate wash area outside the bathroom which was useful with 3 people in the room. Breakfast saw a good spread of local fare and it was sumptuous and must say the best hotel breakfast spread throughout our 2-weeks Kyushu road trip.
