料理屋の経営をうたっているようだが、温かい料理は固形燃料を使う鉄板焼きと小鍋のみ。味は悪くないが、料理を前面に出す宿ではない。温泉の泉質は良いが、湯船は小さく足を伸ばして入るには一人、膝をかかえて二人が限界。12月だったが部屋の暖房の効き悪く宿の室内でダウンを初めて着用した。民宿なので布団を自分で敷くのは仕方ないとしても、せんべい布団で背中が痛くなった。壁も薄く、隣の部屋の声が聞こえる。
