Easy access and clean

Scammed me off my deposit and hung up on me when explaining the issue. And found a thong in the bathroom, which shows how they do not focus on cleaning and end up blaming the customers and taking more of their money.

Dirty floor, cigarette burns on comforter, and clogged drain. We had to use the bath tub to brush our teeth. We kept talking to staff and they kept telling us that maintenance would fix problem, but nothing ever happened. Never heard from management.

Very basic. Good Shuttle service from airport. Walking distance to light rail. First 2 rooms were rejected, dodgy powerpoints, lights not working the best. Settled on 3rd choice, had to ask for a electric kettle as it was missing. Breakfast is basic, no toaster in dining. At least the rooms were clean, could do with better lighting in rooms.

ALL of the employees were the nicest and kindest. Showed the upmost respect with exceptional customer service and satisfaction guaranteed I would 10/10 highly recommend it to anybody that needs a safe place with very nice rooms that complement it as well

My stay was not so good Here's why-iNo hot water in bathroom sink Handle had been taken off TV not hooked up. Mattress was so bad it looked as if it had taken off the street Breakfast was literally non existent dry cereal green bananas. The worst thing was that there was only one young woman on the front desk at night. It was not safe for her given the location of your facility and the fact that some of the hotel guests were homeless persons. She was very good and helpful.

When we checked in, the front desk guy showed their hotel policy for security deposit of $200. It didn't say in the website. When I flipped the blanket there was a long strand of hair. There wasn't hand soap, the lampshade was flickering. The room was dusty and the tv remote was sticky. POOR SANITATION!!!... This is hotel is NOT RECOMMENDABLE!! Don't check in here!!!!
