Siem Reap Hotels with Airport pickup service

Hotel is very conveniently located. close enough to walk to Pub street and the night market, yet far away enough to not have your sleep disrupted by the noise and crowds of prople. surrounded by local and international restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, we needed a wheelchair and they arranged everything for us. Breakfast had a good variety of local and western food with even an omelette station. Only 15 min away from Angkor Wat complex by tuktuk. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Everything about this place is top-notch and wonderful! The staff are very friendly, accomodating, and helpful. The rooms are lovely, the pool area is spectacular and the whole place has a very peaceful and welcoming ambiance. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of delicious foods and we chose to have our evening meal here every night as well. The dinners were delicious and very reasonably priced! I have traveled quite a bit in my lifetime, and Metta Residence and Spa is at the very top of my list of favourite places to stay. I will be back for sure! Thank you so very much!

PROS: Good service (Reception only, not the restaurant). + Quite location away from busy pub street but still quite close. + Great service from service manager Mr Ny and Mr Thom (I think that's his name) + Mr Ny was very professional and quick to apologise and offer solutions to whatever issues guests encountered. + Mr Thom smiled a lot and was very proactive in helping to carry luggage. + *Most* of the staff at reception greet you warmly when you leave or enter the hotel. CONS: - Limited food options nearby but that of course, is the tradeoff for being in a quieter location. - Supposed to be a non-smoking room but room 208 had a lingering smoke smell. (Quickly changed to room 406 thanks to helpful Mr Ny). - TV in both rooms were very unresponsive to the remote. You have to click several times and at a very particular angle just to change channels. - Body soap and shampoo in large dispenser had a bad smell. It was obviously not changed for a long time. - No hot water in room 406. It was however, quickly fixed by kind and helpful Mr Ny. - American breakfast comes with 2 eggs. I asked if it has to be 2 eggs of the same type or can we choose 1 each of different types (e.g. scrambled and poached which I ordered). Waitress said both are fine. Order came and only had 1 scrambled egg. Raised the issue to another waitress and no apology, just said 'Oh, you want *another* poached egg' when I didn't even get 1 in the first place. Eventually, the missing poached egg did come but the experience was unpleasant. May visit again if they fix the above issues.

Hotel provided the best service for me. Food also tastes good. Location is in the centre of the town

Pretty disappointed with the facilities especially the pool . It was so dirty and green . Was told they clean every morning . The breakfast is pathetic compare to the last few nights that we stayed around pub street which is a 4 star hotel not even international brand and cheaper too .Not many people in the hotel and I think that’s why the breakfast has limited varieties . I think I will not pay for this rate as listed as 5 stars hotel . Need to collect the eggs from the counter when is ready . The last hotel I stayed was delivered to the table once is ready . Dare not open the door to the balcony because of mossi too . Therefore you can’t really enjoy the outdoor unless you are fine with the sting . service at the concierge was good and thoughtful . Anyway I won’t pay for this rate if I can’t enjoy the pool nor the breakfast

The hotel was amazing with great customer service. You can book tours via the hotel. The resort grounds was beautiful. The pool was lovely where you can also relax by the bar or pool side. Food was delicious. Book the Cuture Dinner Event at the hotel; it was so enjoyable. There are lots of spa services, which are massages, facials, hair treatment and more. I highly recommend. 😊👍

We stayed at 4 hotels in Siem Reap on this trip and we both agree this was the best. The room was large with oversized soft bed and strong ac. Words just can’t describe the pool…biggest we have seen in our lives. It’s so relaxing to just swim around the whole thing. Breakfast was our best at this hotel as well. 100% loved it and would return.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location... walking distance to central areas for food and markets and short distance by Tuk Tuk to all the temples. Staff are all super friendly and I would definitely stay here again next time

Gave me a ground floor room. It's a dated room with the air con fixed at the wrong location on top of a cupboard and not direct to the bed. Water was not hot. Requested for another room and gave me a honeymoon suit. Their service is good no doubt. Breakfast very limited. 7 mins walk to pub street. But there are better hotels.

I booked this hotel for my school. We facilitated an outreach program at a local charity. The hotel met our needs perfectly. They had rooms to host 4 students per room. This not only fit our program conveniently but also proved to be budget friendly. The hotel had a good breakfast, that included eggs, bacon, veggies, and different breads (both sweet and regular). The hotel pool was clean and very refreshing, the heat in Cambodia can be quite hectic. The hotels location proved perfect for us. It is located a small distance away from the pub street, perhaps 10min with a tuk-tuk. This meant that we did not need to worry about wonders venturing out late at night with the use of a tuk-tuk (which we advised the hotel to be aware of). The hotel was however, conveniently located right next to a South African pub called Ubuntu. The pub had a great menu as well as cold beer, which is ideal after a long day in the heat of Siem Reap. I will be booking this hotel again for the second part of the outreach program.
