We had the best time ever at The Embassy Angkor! The rooms are beautiful with the most comfy bed we had all vacation. The breakfast is delicious and the pool is so nice we could stay there for days. We were also very impressed with Rin, Lucky, Morning star and the rest of the staff who were always very kind and helpful. Overall highly recommended and we would love to come back

Impeccable service (a special thank you to the manager, John), exquisite, carefully thought out design (you can literally swim from your balcony), and outstanding amenities, I genuinely believe Memoire Palace Resort & Spa has established itself as the premier destination for travelers seeking an unforgettable experience in Siem Reap. Some of my favorite parts about the hotel and experience in general were: Interior & Exterior Architecture: A harmonious blend of traditional Khmer influences and contemporary elegance creates a truly breathtaking atmosphere. The attention to detail in the interior design, with its lavish furnishings, excellent choice of lighting, and unique artistic touches, elevates the overall experience to new heights. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. The plush bedding, tranquil ambiance, and panoramic views create an oasis of relaxation. The Exceptional Service: One of the standout features of Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is its commitment to providing exceptional service to its guests and the environment. The staff members are attentive, courteous and go above and beyond to meet every guest's needs. The manager even made an effort to visit me at the gym as he could not greet me at the reception. The hotel's staff is truly dedicated to creating a seamless and memorable stay for each visitor. In addition, the commitment to a plastic-free experience was impressive - there was literally none in all the facilities. They should be commended. Culinary Options: Memoire Palace Resort & Spa boasts an impressive array of dining options, each offering a unique culinary experience. From traditional Khmer delicacies to international flavors. The Stage 1960 had an impressive menu with imported meats I doubt can be found elsewhere; breakfast every morning was beautiful with the freshest local ingredients to create innovative dishes; even the room service, typically an afterthought, was thoughtful with something for everyone. Location: The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is ideally located. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the magnificent Angkor Wat, allowing guests to easily explore the UNESCO World Heritage site. Additionally, it's only a 2-minute ride to the bustling Old Market and the vibrant Pub Street, providing convenient access to local markets, shops, and lively nightlife. Tuk-tuk drivers are on standby outside the hotel so there is no wait In summary, Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is a beacon of luxury, hospitality, and elegance in Siem Reap. I have yet to find a flaw! The hotel is in excellent shape. The air conditioning is very strong. The rooms are very clean. The hotel's location is near everything. What I'd really like to tell you is that the food is very good and the staff delivers excellent customer service. The breakfast menu includes a soup station, omelets from an egg station, local tastes, lots of fresh fruit, and bread you will love. The hotel restaurant features a ”Happy Hour” and very good pizza and cheeseburgers. Oh, and take it from someone with a great deal of experience with hotels-the staff is very young but they are smart, very enthusiastic, and they deliver outstanding customer service. They speak English very well. It starts at the front desk. They are really on the ball. They can answer any questions about the local town. The concierge staff also does an excellent job. It doesn't stop there. The housekeepers work very hard and show pride in their work as do all of the food service staff. You'll love this hotel. It's the service that makes the difference.

Very nice hotel, primarily because of the staff that works there. There are only 30 rooms in the hotel. The rooms are large, beds are big but seemed not very comfortable, good shower. Our room was on the 5th floor, but because of the noise at night we asked to change the room and we were moved without problems. The breakfasts are not that luxurious but acceptable. The pool and sky bar is the highlight of this hotel, it was great to spend time there. The sunsets were incredible. Thank you to all the hotel staff for taking care of us.

Facilities: Super good. The whole hotel has only more than 30 rooms. There were quite a few staff at the time. The service was very good. During this period, we experienced problems with the TV and ordered food, and the problem was solved quickly. The only flaw is the gym, which is very small and almost non-existent. Hygiene: Cleaned very cleanly, polite and enthusiastic staff, and the swimming pool is very good. Service: Everyone is enthusiastic and friendly every day. There are various tours and activities to participate in, but the cost performance is not high. Breakfast is delicious. The breakfast menu will change every day for the three days we are there.

Stayed for 7 days in a two bedroom bungalow with private pool. Outstanding hotel, staff and all facilities, breakfast was excellent, large pool. Quite unique a hotel in many wads. Free roaming rabbits for one. Very easy access to town via tuk tuk we used Mr for the whole week taking us into town and waiting for us, ask fir him €3 each way One tip Cambodia uses US dollars and they are Very particular take new / hardly used notes or they will be refused generally Highly recommended hotel one of the best we have ever staying in

This is a historic hotel. The rooms are small but exquisite. The outdoor garden and swimming pool are beautiful and well-kept. The buffet restaurant offers a semi-buffet breakfast with rich food. The hotel's 1932 restaurant is worth a try. In addition to the à la carte dishes, the 5 sets of meals are prepared according to the hotel's 5 iconic eras. They are very distinctive. The overall feeling is that the hotel has a strong cultural history. The waiters in each area are well-trained, warm and thoughtful, and the atmosphere of being at home is very strong.

We had the pleasure of staying at Vellita Hotel during our family vacation in Siem Reap, and we were thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and exceptional service that made us feel right at home. Everything is designed with guest comfort and convenience in mind, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the most captivating features of the hotel is its abundance of plants and greenery, creating a serene and refreshing atmosphere. A big thank you to the amazing hotel staff!

We stayed at 4 hotels in Siem Reap on this trip and we both agree this was the best. The room was large with oversized soft bed and strong ac. Words just can’t describe the pool…biggest we have seen in our lives. It’s so relaxing to just swim around the whole thing. Breakfast was our best at this hotel as well. 100% loved it and would return.

The hotel has beautiful premises inside and outside. It's very clean, and the staff is exceptional. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and especially the noodle soup station where they make everything to your liking; also a variety of delicious bread. It's a good location, about 16 -18 minutes walk to the Pub street or you can take a tuk tuk as there are plenty of them. We preferred walking. We had dinner one night and lunch in the hotel's restaurant and the food was tasty. On arrival we asked to change our room to the one overlooking the garden and pool as the view in the front of the building overlooking the road wasn't that great. We had of course to pay the difference but it was much nicer. It's a shame that the hotel wasn't very full during our stay. We enjoyed staying 4 nights there and definitely would recommend this hotel.
