I tried my luck to check in early at 1.30pm and was given the opportunity by the staff. This is my 2nd time here & I really enjoyed the pool & the amenities surrounding this hotel.From food to shopping to food hunting all nearby. I am so loving this place.

The location is convenient. I originally thought that the hotel would be right up there on the subway, but the location drawn on Google Maps was wrong. Instead, Holiday Inn was the hotel that was right up there on the subway.

When I visited, they welcomed me warmly, prepared an early check-in, upgraded my room, and even gave me a cake for my anniversary, which was great 💕
I think the room I was assigned was prepared quickly, but the room condition was not clean and there were bugs.. I told them right away, and they quickly took care of it and assigned me to a different room.
I think it was because of the weather, but there were flies throughout my stay, so it was a little uncomfortable, but I think it would have been better if they had provided bug repellent in the room.
