Motel 6 Slidell, la - New Orleans

Everything's good. The FD are super friendly and they been doing good to get the property at it's full potential. I will be back def. And as I said they are working hard on cleaning up property and also now the pool is open. The amenities are good too

This motel 6 in slidell louisiana is a great place to stay. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are really clean. The staff there is amazing. I have encountered basically all the staff members going back and forth from the front desk and they are so helpful and nice. I would honestly give this place 10 stars if I could. Also, the pool there is clean and the kids had a great time. Sadly they couldn't swim for a while because a storm rolled in but it happens. We will definitely be returning!!

Been here almost a week. Only complaint i have is no microwave or fridge in ANY room but overall great hotel. Dont understand why the negative reviews(especially the ones about the construction noise) is made out to be the hotel's fault.... it seems they would rather bash the hotel and drive on damaged roads and bash the hotel when the roads aren't fixed and complain how they need to fix the roads but complain when the roads get fixed. People can never just be greatful. This is a great hotel, nice and understanding staff. Room was clean ,tv remote worked, and wiif wad strong enough to reach my room which is all the way on the opposite side of property by the back dumpster and it was clear connection the whole time. Prices are cheapest in area and its not the Ritz Carlton but its one of the most decent hotel 6's I've been too out of the many I've been too.

Overall the dependable quality of MOTEL 6 hotels, but the location is next to a extremely busy highway and I ended up with one of the most exposed rooms. The traffic noise not really made it a relaxing night, but the new white-noise function of the iPhone helped.

the service was great. they made it easy for us to check in around 6am Sat morning. This was a life saver for us since we had been driving about 10hrs.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. There was no fridge or microwave in the room. The front desk lady told me I could go buy a microwave for $54 from Walmart if I wanted one.
