I have stayed here many times and am very satisfied with the price/performance ratio. However, sometimes there are many people and it is a bit noisy at night.

The room is clean and spacious.
Due to the structure of the hotel, there were windows on the aisle side, giving the room an open feel.
There's a Tesla supercharger in the parking lot, so it's convenient if you're driving a Tesla.
It was convenient because it was close to the airport and a short drive to downtown San Francisco and tourist spots.
Unfortunately, when I wanted to use the washing machine, the dryer broke and I couldn't use it.

Absolutely awful experience all around. The pool was covered in food, spilled drinks, giant clumps of hair, kids rough housing and doing flips in the pool, my husband got kicked in the head by someone while holding our 5 year old. The lady at the front desk removed my hilton honors account and nobody ever called me back after calling in to try to get it fixed. I was trying to contact someone else to fix it and over seas call center decided it would be really funny to transfer me to the national mental health holiness. To say I'm angry about the entire experience is an understatement. Then I was also given a phone number to call and it was for life alert. So I can't even explain this experience any other way than HORRID

The pool bathroom was destroyed had poop on the baby station and use towels and urine in the toilet so gross and then she manager reception they ran out beer and did nothing to compensate it. I stayed in a lot of Embassy suites and this is the worst one I’ve stayed in. I won’t stay there again.
