The hotel was good. It's your typical hotel with decent amenities. The thing that sets this hotel apart from others is Victor! His hospitality and customer service was outstanding!! We are currently in the middle of our road trip from Toronto. We drove across Canada to Vancouver and are making our way down the west coast before heading back to Toronto. So far the customer service has been average to very poor depending on location. Victor on the other hand was amazing! As someone in the hospitality and tourism industry, Victor is the definition of customer service.

The gentlemen that was there to greet us was caring, professional , and kind.
The rooms were comfortable and when we asked for an extra pillow,he was there to provide me one.
