Guest UserThe room was luxurious yet retro, and the hygiene was excellent. They had everything imaginable for children, and promptly responded to any requests – thumbs up! I'm so grateful for the room upgrade. When I arrived, it was pouring rain, and the front desk staff and bellhops came out with umbrellas, escorting each of us in one by one. The front desk attendant even helped me carry several large suitcases without a hint of hesitation – a huge thank you! The bellhop also braved the rain to park my car for me, and consistently opened doors whenever we entered or left. The complimentary afternoon tea was also quite good. You should definitely try the à la carte breakfast – it was delicious. All in all, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. If I ever come back to Harbin, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

Anonymous UserThe hotel's location is a bit out of the way, requiring a taxi for transportation. Check-in on the 54th floor was incredibly smooth, truly a 'check-in in the clouds.' The day before, hotel staff called to confirm my needs, which was very helpful. The room was spacious and bright, and the air conditioning was adjustable, which I really appreciated. By the window, there was a small round table and two comfortable chairs, perfect for placing groceries and enjoying them at leisure. The hotel provided plenty of drinking water and a capsule coffee machine, though I didn't use it in the room since I'd be having coffee at breakfast.
Breakfast, also on the 54th floor, had a well-designed layout. Enjoying delicious food while looking out at the view was very pleasant. However, I noticed that at the noodle station, where there was a sign for water spinach, they were actually serving spinach. If there's no water spinach, the sign should be removed. I asked, and several other people also specifically asked for water spinach but were told it was spinach. The pastries were excellent, perfectly baked with fresh fruit on top, and looked very appealing. The restaurant staff were prompt in clearing plates and very patient. Overall, it was a great travel experience.

wujin7733Exceeded expectations, highly recommended! Next time I come to Harbin, I'll definitely stay for more nights. Before arriving in Harbin, when booking a hotel, besides location and facilities, my main concern was whether there was a pool for kids. After much deliberation among several star-rated hotels, I finally chose Shangri-La Songbei. It turned out to be the absolute best decision of our Harbin-Yichun trip.
The most surprising thing? It has to be the hotel's window view! We gasped the moment we entered the room – it was simply stunning! How could there be such a large window, such a beautiful view of the Songhua River, and such a perfect hotel? This scene made us never want to leave the room; just quietly sitting by the window and enjoying the scenery was enough.
Next, let's talk about the hotel's service, which was also top-notch! We had an early flight back to Beijing on our departure day. We had booked a room with breakfast, but since we had to leave by 6 AM, we wouldn't be able to enjoy it. So, when checking in, I asked the front desk if there was a solution. The hotel offered a incredibly thoughtful plan: they prepared simple packed meals for us to take away. When we checked out, I saw three bags for the three of us, and each bag contained three packed containers with fruits, pastries, eggs, sausages, and more – it was so comprehensive! Who wouldn't love such a considerate hotel?
Finally, one more thing: there aren't many dining options near the hotel. There's only one dumpling restaurant across the road. We navigated there, walked around for a long time, and just as we were about to give up, we discovered a hidden gem of a restaurant nearby called 'Dufu Smoked & Sauced Dumpling Longjiang Cuisine.' I highly recommend this restaurant too! The dishes are diverse, delicious, and affordably priced. It's truly a treasure! I'm already planning to replicate this experience with Shangri-La Songbei and Dufu Restaurant on my next trip to Harbin – I'm so excited to plan my next Harbin itinerary just for them! 😘

Guest UserThe lobby environment is great, looking spacious and tidy, and the waiting area is quite comfortable. The room facilities are practical, and the hygiene is also good. The check-in process was smooth. In Yabuli, there's not much to do in the summer, but it's really pleasant to come back and have coffee at the bar, or read a book in the library. Especially with the new room types that include a bathtub, it truly feels like a full-on vacation.

The hotel was clean and tidy. I chose to stay at the Sofitel Harbin for my trip to Harbin this time, and my overall experience was exceptionally satisfying. It truly lives up to its reputation as a long-standing, high-end five-star hotel in the area. The hotel's location is excellent, directly opposite Xiangjiang Park and adjacent to Wanda Plaza, making shopping, dining, and short excursions incredibly convenient. In my leisure time, I could even stroll through the park to enjoy the scenery and relax. The lobby features a French-inspired light luxury design with a sophisticated feel. The high ceilings paired with exquisite chandeliers create a rich and elegant atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, and daily housekeeping is meticulous. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and each room is equipped with a humidifier, perfect for the northern climate. The double-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed rest. From the concierge to the front desk and housekeeping staff, everyone was highly professional. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and the service was attentive and discreet, without being overly solicitous. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including local Northeastern specialties. The heated swimming pool and 24-hour gym are well-equipped. This hotel is suitable for both leisure travelers and business stays. My entire stay was incredibly comfortable, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit to Harbin.

My stay at the Olookuya Hyatt Centric Harbin was truly a perfect experience, far exceeding my expectations. The hotel's unique forest tribe theme design is refreshing, with its wooden decor exuding a premium feel. Taking the express elevator directly from the underground parking garage to the sky lobby on the 42nd floor, the stunning panoramic views of the Songhua River immediately took my breath away.
What touched me the most was Sally, our butler at the executive lounge! Her service was absolutely impeccable. From her warm greeting during check-in to her meticulous care throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. Whether patiently answering our questions or proactively assisting, Sally demonstrated exceptional professionalism and friendliness. She not only showcased the high quality of Hyatt Centric but also made us feel completely at home.
The hotel facilities are equally outstanding, from the L'Occitane toiletries to the spacious and comfortable room, and the abundant breakfast – all reflecting the hotel's genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Sally's thoughtful service made this trip to Harbin even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Harbin!

The room was spacious and generally clean. It was very soundproof with good ventilation, and there were no strange odors. The breakfast selection was rich, comparable to Wanda Vista. The hot springs offered a good variety of pools, and the water quality was excellent with no unpleasant smells. On Children's Day, kids under 1.5 meters were free, which was a fantastic bonus! The staff were very enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were quick.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the service at this hot spring hotel! I had a super tight schedule with my return high-speed train, and couldn't find a taxi outside. After talking to the front desk, they immediately arranged a car for me, and I made it to the high-speed train station just in time. The hot spring water quality is great, the rooms are clean, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. That final ride to the station really sealed the deal and made my impression of the hotel sky-high. Highly recommend to anyone who needs it!

The Yabuli Yabuluoni Hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the ski resort, offering incredibly convenient ski-in/ski-out access directly to the slopes and lifts. The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

The rooms were well soundproofed, creating a comfortable and quiet overall environment.
The family room had a reasonable layout, suitable for children's activities. The water park had a variety of attractions, which the kids loved. The fruits, drinks, and Häagen-Dazs ice cream in the water park were good, but the food selection was too limited. The hotel is close to shopping areas like Sunac Mall, with convenient amenities and parking, making it suitable for short getaways with children.
(Suggestion: Improve the attitude and service training of the staff.)
