Harbin Spa Hotels

This hotel is housed in a magnificent building with a century of history, reportedly once the residence of a Russian Grand Duke. Upon entering, you're greeted by staff dressed in elegant period costumes, who are beautiful, dignified, and incredibly welcoming. Inside, you'll find a century-old elevator still in operation, a lavish lobby, and a wide selection of imperial costumes available for photo opportunities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring a stunning, bright, and elegant domed hall, and the Baroque-style rooms are exquisitely luxurious. The blend of ancient architecture with modern smart toilets enhances your stay perfectly. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, and the minibar is stocked with Madieer ice cream and Kvass for you to enjoy. If it's your birthday, the kitchen prepares a beautiful cake to celebrate, and the restaurant even offers complimentary birthday noodles. A big thank you to everyone there! Every staff member in the restaurant was incredibly enthusiastic and deserves high praise. Upon check-out, they even provided a parting gift (as shown in picture 1). The hotel's location is exceptional; a right turn outside leads directly to Central Street, and a left turn brings you to the Red Brick Morning Market in just a few minutes. In short, if I ever return to Harbin, I would choose this hotel again.

The most comfortable hotel during this trip. There are plenty of dining options nearby. Getting around requires taxis, but nothing is too far. The room was clean and tidy, with a lovely welcome setup. The hotel offers breakfast, afternoon tea, and a late-night snack, so you can grab a bite anytime you want. The most commendable aspect is the exceptional service; they tried their best to fulfill every request, truly showcasing the warmth of Northeast China's hospitality.

The hardware at The Ritz-Carlton is simply exceptional. Kohler fixtures, smart toilets, and bottled water – what more could a traveler ask for? Whenever I visit a city that has a Ritz, I always make sure to stay there and experience it. I love the rooms at The Ritz, and I enjoy the food at their restaurants. But more importantly, it's the staff at The Ritz that truly makes the difference. Their genuine service is incredibly touching. Whether it's the front desk, restaurant, or housekeeping staff, they all deeply impressed us. Someone can speak insincerely or out of politeness, but their eyes rarely lie. The Ritz staff were warm, kind, and friendly, which we found incredibly moving. We'll definitely stay at The Ritz-Carlton again whenever we have the opportunity. There's also one small detail I'd like to mention: the Ritz in Harbin. The washroom had three towel racks, which is incredibly practical. 90% of hotels in China don't have towel racks, so sometimes you have to hang your towel on the outer handle of the bathroom door. This small detail really made me look at the Harbin Ritz in a new light. I've said a lot, but let me take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at The Ritz-Carlton Harbin. I wish them health and happiness!

On a whim, we decided to take a spontaneous weekend trip with the kids, and I randomly picked a hotel on the app, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise! First off, the room was spotless and fresh, even the bathroom was sparkling clean. The bedding was dry and comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive – they even had a gym and a soft play area. The air conditioning worked great, and there was a rich breakfast spread. The lobby was also very photogenic. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, patiently answering all my questions. Most importantly, it was incredibly quiet, which was a huge plus for someone like me who has trouble sleeping. The hotel parking was convenient with plenty of spaces, and you could see the mountains from there. The air was fresh and it was easy to get around. This is a genuine review from a consumer who rarely leaves feedback unless they are exceptionally satisfied.

The hotel was clean and tidy. I chose to stay at the Sofitel Harbin for my trip to Harbin this time, and my overall experience was exceptionally satisfying. It truly lives up to its reputation as a long-standing, high-end five-star hotel in the area. The hotel's location is excellent, directly opposite Xiangjiang Park and adjacent to Wanda Plaza, making shopping, dining, and short excursions incredibly convenient. In my leisure time, I could even stroll through the park to enjoy the scenery and relax. The lobby features a French-inspired light luxury design with a sophisticated feel. The high ceilings paired with exquisite chandeliers create a rich and elegant atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, and daily housekeeping is meticulous. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and each room is equipped with a humidifier, perfect for the northern climate. The double-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed rest. From the concierge to the front desk and housekeeping staff, everyone was highly professional. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and the service was attentive and discreet, without being overly solicitous. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including local Northeastern specialties. The heated swimming pool and 24-hour gym are well-equipped. This hotel is suitable for both leisure travelers and business stays. My entire stay was incredibly comfortable, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit to Harbin.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star rating! From the birch forest decor at the revolving doors of the lobby to the breathtaking high-altitude views from the 43rd floor, everything was superb. The front desk lady was incredibly nice and helped upgrade our room. As soon as we entered, we were captivated by the incredible views from the large bathtub. The room's minibar even offered free Kvass, and all the toiletries were L'Occitane. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the hotel's pool area included a jacuzzi and a steam room. The self-service billiards room on the second floor was fantastic, with a standard snooker table, a clean and tidy environment, massage chairs, and a reading nook. Upon check-out, the butler even gifted us some facial masks. I'll definitely be back the next time I visit Harbin. BTW, the hotel offers a free airport shuttle, just be sure to check the departure times. Highly recommended!

The room was huge, we didn't even have enough time to enjoy it all in three days and two nights, haha! The hot springs were clean! The 'yin-yang' hot pot-style pool was hilarious! The outdoor swimming pool was also fantastic! The water was so clean, and there were interactive activities at 3 PM which were a lot of fun! The staff were also very enthusiastic ❤️

The room was spotless, the bedding was clean, and the view outside the window was fantastic! There was a cute little notice about tiny ladybugs in the room, which was a novel experience for city kids who rarely see them 🐞. The hotel has a hot spring on the first floor, which was incredibly relaxing after a day of skiing. The staff were all very friendly; Ms. Wang from the rose pool even brought us water. This hotel is really great for families!

We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!

The room was awful clean. The carpet was incredibly dirty, and there were broken bottles under the cabinets. I have no idea how they cleaned the place. The children's bed sheets were torn. Blood stains were visible on the quilt. The wallpaper was moldy. Many of the water park facilities were rusty. It looked filthy. The experience was terrible. The elevator didn't go directly to where you were going, leaving you feeling lost. The payment cards weren't universal. Some places required you to scan a WeChat QR code to pay, while others required you to swipe your card. The cleanliness of the Shuihui area was terrible. There was no cleaning. People were taking seats. The staff didn't care. They looked fancy, but they had absolutely no attention to detail. I would definitely not recommend this place to a friend, and I won't be back. For the price, the service was lacking, and the quality was lacking.
