肥BA hidden gem of a resort nestled among green mountains – once you visit, you'll fall completely in love!
The moment I stepped in, I was stunned by the floor-to-ceiling windows in the lobby, framing a single tree reflected in a mirror-like water feature outside. The water and sky blend seamlessly, making every casual photo look high-end and artistic. The views are expansive yet serene, creating an incredible ambiance.
The guest rooms feature a minimalist, natural wood style with soft, comfortable furnishings. Panoramic sliding French windows open onto a balcony, allowing you to gaze at the continuous green mountains right from your bed. The balcony also has a private hot spring tub. Soaking in the tub in the evening, feeling the mountain breeze, and watching the blue sky and distant peaks is incredibly therapeutic for some quiet, reflective time.
The curved sofa seating area on the public observation deck faces the mirror-like pool, backed by mountains. With the blue sky and white clouds framing the lone tree, sitting here with a cup of tea, just zoning out, is incredibly peaceful, far from the city's hustle and bustle.
The overall service is attentive, the environment is clean and tidy, and the architectural design seamlessly blends with the natural wilderness. There's no noisy over-commercialization, making it perfect for both couples seeking a short escape and families on vacation. The only minor drawback is that getting around the mountainous area requires a bit of travel, so driving is recommended. Overall, it's a perfect experience – my top choice for escaping the city, breathing fresh air, and relaxing!

The room was fully equipped, the environment was stunning and spotless, and the butler, Xiao Jia, provided attentive and prompt service. Breakfast and takeout could be delivered to the room, the afternoon tea was exquisite, and the room had a sea view, making the sound of the waves very soothing. Overall, a great experience, I'll definitely come again.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic for families, especially if you're traveling during the off-peak season! It's perfect for a relaxing three-day, two-night trip with kids aged 2-5, allowing them to burn off energy during the day and sleep soundly at night.
The hotel itself is huge, offering a variety of water activities like an infinity pool, a beach, a children's splash pool (with slides!), and hot springs. It caters to both seniors and children. There are also outdoor play facilities and a petting zoo.
Since there weren't many guests, the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but all the basic types were covered, and most importantly, the food was delicious! So much so that we decided to eat all our meals at the hotel restaurant.
The service was excellent – prompt and very polite. The only minor drawback is that the rooms are a bit dated, as it's an older hotel. However, they are very spacious, which is a big plus.

Anonymous UserWe booked a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom family room. The room was very clean and all the toiletries were fully stocked, including separate bath towels for children, which were all new. Our dedicated customer service manager, Vava, kept in touch via WeChat to see if we needed anything or any help, eliminating the need to call the front desk. The service was very convenient and thoughtful. Most importantly, the kids had a blast!

Songsong38fengfengThe location of this hotel is really convenient, just at the foot of Luofu Mountain, the surrounding environment is very quiet, suitable for wanting to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff at the front desk was very kind when checking in, and patiently answered questions when consulting. We booked a twin room, the room was more spacious than expected. The bedding was clean and tidy, and it was very comfortable to sleep. The view outside the window is good, you can see some green plants, and the air is particularly fresh when you open the window in the morning. The overall health of the hotel is maintained very well, whether it is in the public area or in the room, it gives people a refreshing and tidy feeling. The environment of the manor is very carefully arranged, and it is very pleasant to take a walk after dinner. The experience of this short vacation is generally very relaxing, and I will consider coming again if I have the opportunity in the future.

This newly discovered, hidden gem of a hot spring resort was perfect for our family trip. Both adults and kids had a blast! We absolutely loved the hot springs and the stunning infinity pool – we barely wanted to get out. Now that summer's here, they've even added an inflatable water park, which is so much fun! The buffet was delicious too. Personally, I really enjoyed the coffee house in the South French-themed estate – it was great for photos. Our room was clean and tidy, and came with its own private hot spring tub. The hotel also has an indoor play area, arcade, and gym, so the facilities are excellent. It's a one-stop-shop for family fun, and I definitely made the right choice. Highly recommend!

Guest UserStepping into the lobby, I was immediately struck by the warmth and hospitality. The receptionist's smile was incredibly soothing, and the check-in process took less than three minutes. She even proactively offered me warm tea, provided detailed information about nearby subway stations and a list of must-try restaurants, and thoughtfully shared tips on avoiding taxi scams. The room was even more delightful. The moment I opened the door, I was amazed by its cleanliness. The floor was perfectly comfortable to walk on barefoot, the bedding was as soft as a cloud, making it incredibly comfortable to sleep naked, and the mattress was just the right firmness – even with my neck problems, I slept soundly through the night. The bathroom was spotless, the shower door was completely dry, hot water came out in seconds with a stable temperature, and even the toiletries had a pleasant fragrance – a level of quality far beyond typical hotel amenities.
The facilities were also incredibly thoughtful. There was a USB charging port and a nightlight by the bedside, so I didn't have to fumble for a socket in the dark while using my phone. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, ensuring smooth streaming and work without any lag. The air conditioning was remarkably quiet, and despite the city skyline view from the window, there was absolutely no noise. The most unexpected surprise was that the front desk gave us local specialty snacks as a souvenir upon check-out—a thoughtful touch.
The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and surrounded by shopping districts and convenience stores, making it incredibly convenient for both tourists and business travelers. The value for money is phenomenal; the service and facilities are excellent, yet the price is very reasonable. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The service during the ***** New Year was really bad. I couldn't get through to room service at all. On the fifth day of the New Year, I didn't get my room until after 4 PM, and it hadn't even been fully cleaned yet. When I booked, it said there would be welcome fruit, but there wasn't any. I mentioned it to the front desk twice, and each time they said they'd send it right over, but it never arrived. My child got a scrape, and I asked for iodine, and they said they'd send it right over, but it still hadn't arrived by the time we checked out the next day. Then, when I was leaving the next day, I saw housekeeping cleaning other rooms, and they all had welcome candies, but I didn't get anything when I checked in yesterday. So, I feel the service is truly indescribable and really reflects poorly on their reputation. However, if you're coming for the hot springs, they are excellent. There are many pools, so it's not crowded at all, and the water is very clean. I only came here for the abundant hot spring pools, but the service attitude left me utterly speechless.

Guest UserWe had a very comfortable stay. The front desk and other staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the room was well-ventilated and bright with plenty of natural light. My only minor suggestion would be that the selection of free movies on the TV was quite limited. Many hotels offer a wider range of shows and latest releases for VIP members. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied overall and would definitely return for another stay.
