Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. Itโs rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team.

GGuest UserThis stay was such a delightful surprise, I have to document it!
I originally booked a standard suite, but before check-in, the butler, Qingqing, added me on WeChat and communicated with exceptional attention to detail. Perhaps noticing we were on our honeymoon, she discreetly upgraded us to a suite overlooking the hotel's gardens. Opening the window revealed a breathtaking view of greenery, instantly uplifting my spirits.
Most thoughtfully, she printed my WeChat profile picture on a leaf โ such a small gesture was incredibly touching. The room amenities were Aesop, even the toothbrush was exceptionally comfortable, and there were even scented teaspoons and earplugs by the bedside. The balcony was enormous, and I contacted the staff to ensure the soaking tub was thoroughly disinfected, which gave me peace of mind. Near the reception on the second floor, you can buy mugwort sachets or herbal packs, which were especially relaxing while soaking in the hot tub.
Qingqing thoughtfully sent us the hotel's service manual and brochure. She recommended we try the Chinese restaurant and the Friday and Saturday buffet dinners, and they were all excellent. The hotel also offers bookings for photography, spa, and cocktail experiences, perfect for couples or friends to relax and enjoy.
She even showed us the hotel's โKing of Rooms,โ a private floor with a starry sky ceiling for gazing at the night sky. I need to work hard to earn money so I can bring friends or my family to stay on the top floor next time!
The hotel has a great location, close to Tianmu Lake, Nanshan Bamboo Forest, museums, and Highway 1. It's also newer than Zhuxi Valley. I'd love to bring my kids here to experience the children's area and infinity pool when we have children.
A heartfelt thank you to our housekeeper, Qingqing, for her attentiveness and professionalism. She made this trip more than just a vacation; it felt like cherished moments of life.

AAnonymous UserThis is my third time staying at Hantian. Yangxin Valley is a great experience. The single-family villa is much quieter than the resort. As soon as I stepped into Yangxin Valley, I was instantly attracted by its beautiful environment. The interior decoration style adopts the new Chinese style, which is elegant and atmospheric. There is also a free travel photo. Girls should like it very much. Haha. Shan Rui at the front desk contacted me intimately the day before I checked in. Not only did she plan a travel guide for me in detail, but she also carefully arranged the itinerary according to my needs. During the entire stay, she responded to messages very quickly and took the initiative to greet me every day. This kind of meticulous service makes people feel warm. However, when dining in the Chinese restaurant, I encountered a small episode. The restaurant told me that the restaurant was reserved at night. At that time, I was full of disappointment. After all, I came to Hantian just to taste the fish head soup that I had been thinking about. Fortunately, the lobby manager Ge Pengfei showed super high professionalism. He actively helped me communicate and coordinate with the restaurant. In the end, I got the delicious fish head soup as I wished, and the fresh and fragrant taste still lingers on the tip of my tongue. I sincerely thank Shan Rui, Ge Pengfei, and the shuttle bus staff. Their attentive service made this trip full of warmth and surprises. I will choose Hantian Yangxin Valley again in the future and recommend it to my relatives and friends!

GGuest UserFood: Breakfast was varied, with western๏ผasian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

Nniuniu_mhcUpon arriving at the Quchanli Hot Spring Resort in Liyang, I was first captivated by the beautiful scenery, and then impressed by the service provided by our housekeeper, Xiao Tao. He was professional and meticulous, thoroughly knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities and surroundings, and offered many helpful suggestions. The room was spotless, the infinity pool was stunning, and the hot springs were the perfect temperature for a relaxing soak. Xiao Tao even made reservations at a local restaurant, allowing me to savor authentic Liyang cuisine. Our entire stay was a complete pleasure, with no inconveniences and was completely satisfactory!

Sspaghetti076704The whole parent-child itinerary experience is much better than expected~๏ฝ At the beginning, I called the front desk to ask some questions. I felt that the front desk was very unprofessional. I felt that this resort might not be good. The actual experience was not bad. ๏ฝ
The housekeeper is Aili. He added WeChat in advance and responded to all our questions in a timely manner. Although the villa area has to be shuttled to go anywhere, there is basically no need to wait. Say it in the group a few minutes in advance, and it will arrive soon. ๏ฝ
The resort is very rich in activities, there are several choices for handmade, and it will be done soon. The gold content is relatively low. We have made a fan, and it is not a pity to miss it. ๏ฝ
The ranch next to the road is quite cute, there are lambs, alpacas and bunnies, you can buy carrots and feed them ๏ฝ
There is an unpowered playground at the entrance of the Songguo Hotel. There are a lot of small pot friends on Saturday afternoon. The small pot friends have a great time.

We went to the hot spring at night. There were not many people inside. There was even a mahjong pool. The cards were all together, and we could directly rub mahjong. It was really funny. .
The two-bedroom villa we set is really suitable for bringing children. Both children are crazy. If it is hot, there is a separate swimming pool to use, it will be more perfect!
