GGuest UserOur stay was absolutely wonderful—truly beyond expectations! Every little detail kept surprising us in the best way. The level of care and thoughtfulness throughout the hotel really stood out.
The room amenities were exceptional, from the Dyson hair dryer to the luxurious L’Occitane products throughout. They even provided a cute little bag for us to take everything home, which was such a thoughtful touch!
What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. Every staff member, from reception to the cleaning team and activity hosts, was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel so welcome and well taken care of.
There were also countless activities for children, which made it perfect for families, while still offering great options for parents to relax and enjoy themselves too.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return again!

GGuest UserWhile staying here, you can use the various outdoor hot spring facilities. It's a shame the weather suddenly turned too cold, so we didn't get to use the children's facilities in the swimming pool. Even though it's a heated kids' pool, it's outdoors, so it was still quite chilly. However, there are plenty of other hot spring pools, as well as steam rooms and saunas, so you can soak from morning till night 😬.
The best part was that breakfast is served until 1 PM. You can enjoy it after a morning soak in the hot springs, or sleep in a bit longer and then head down. The latest you can enjoy it is 1 PM, and then you can head off to explore other places after eating! 😍
The kids had a blast!

SsamohiI really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is well located, very close to the train, bus station, shops and restaurants, and the Jiaoxi Hot Spring Park (about 12 minutes walk). The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including preloaded movies, streaming, a huge bathtub, and a shower. The bed was so comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. The onsen was heavenly (bring a swimsuit and swimcap if you want to partake). I wish there were more signs about opening hours for breakfast and the onsen. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Every time, my family eagerly requests to celebrate birthdays at this wonderful place. My parents can relax in the hot springs, and the kids can happily splash around in the pool. Special thanks to the attentive hotel service and the professional lifeguards for their care. Everyone had a fantastic time!
There's also a stunning beach nearby for a lovely stroll. And I highly recommend Fumei Seafood Restaurant. It was another relaxing and perfect trip! ❤️❤️

GGuest UserStayed at Hotel PIN from 10/4/26 to 14/4/26. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from the time we checked in till we checked out. The staff were all very courteous, polite & helpful. They even helped with the setting up of the baby chair for our 2 x young kids during meal times.
The rooms are very clean & it comes with a spa pool in every room. The housekeeping staff (Ben & Lemon) must be commended for keeping our rooms clean every single day we were there.
The hotel also provides free tea break & supper everyday for its guest.
The location is ideal & it is within walking distance to the Jiaoxi town areas with many convenience stores, nice local, street & Japanese food within 5 to 10mins walk. Overall a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

엽엽한량Aside from the regrettable spa facilities management, I'm satisfied with the room condition and location. Compared to nearby hotels, the customer service during check-in was quite lacking, and the breakfast was also disappointing for the price. However, if they can improve the spa management, which is their strong point, it's a hotel I would recommend.

劉劉旭維1. The bathtub in the bathroom had cracks, causing the water to drain out, and the sharp edges posed a risk of cuts.
2. Whether it was a pre-booking phone inquiry or check-in communication, the customer service staff consistently used the excuse, ”Because you booked through a third-party platform...” Aren't those third-party bookings still sales made by your hotel? I've recently stayed at IHG group hotels and never experienced such differential treatment. The service quality of the Westin staff needs significant improvement.
3. There was no staff patrolling the women's nude hot spring area. Some guests brought four children who were allowed to play loudly and splash water without anyone intervening, causing discomfort to other guests.

Breakfast is at Art Spa Hotel instead of Resort One Hotel but front desk staff fails to bring us over when we ask for directions, thus it was a bit disappointing. The location of the hotel was great as it was a short 3 mins walk from Jiaoxi train station and a 15 mins walk from Jiaoxi Bus transfer station. Cleanliness of the room was good and the housekeeping staff were more friendly than front desk staff.

黃黃金玄氵宗This time I met with a few friends to relax in Jiaoxi and chose to stay at the ”Jiaoxi Fukuoka Hot Spring Hotel”. Overall, it is a stable, clean and comfortable hotel. Everyone's evaluation is good. If you want to soak, chat and relax for the weekend, this is a suitable place. I would give 4 stars, mainly because the experience was pleasant, but there are still some small places to be more perfect.
First of all, the first impression of the hall is neat and bright, the service staff is kind, and the check-in is fast and courteous. Although it is not a kind of stylish hotel, the atmosphere makes people feel at ease and relaxed, very suitable for a small trip with friends.
In the room part, we agreed that the cleanliness is quite good. The bed was comfortable to sleep, and the space was enough for everyone to put luggage, chat, and eat snacks. The hot spring bath in the room is a highlight, the water quality is smooth and the temperature is stable. After everyone takes turns to soak, the whole person is loose. However, if the exhaust in the bathroom is stronger, the moisture will disperse faster, and this part has room for improvement.
The public facilities of the hotel also made us have a great time. The open-air wind on the top floor has a good view, and the night view is particularly relaxing at night; the rest area is also cleaned up, which is a good place for everyone to chat.
The breakfast items are quite satisfactory, but there are some, and the supplement is also diligent. The taste is refreshing, will not overoil or too heavy and salty, suitable for the stomach that just got up in the morning. It's just that if you choose more, such as adding some hot food or special meals, the experience will have more memory points.
The location is very convenient, walking to the city, buying drinks, looking for a night and night is easy. In the evening, we took a walk to buy salted chicken and went back to the room to eat and chat. The atmosphere was very good.
Overall, the ”Jiaoxi Fukuoka Hot Spring Hotel” is suitable for friends gatherings and small trips. The rooms are clean, the hot springs are comfortable and the location is convenient. It is a choice that people want to visit again. Although it is not a luxury hotel, but in this experience, everyone has a good time, I will also give it a stable four-star evaluation.
