"Security, check-in, bell boys are great. The facade of the hotel is far more better than wat is real. Some elevators are not functioning properly. Bed are neat and clean. Aircon is acceptable. Location is excellent but for people not accustomed to nightlife hang-out are advice to not to stay out passed 10pm. But in general, with the reply and action of personnel, I say withour any doubt the hotel rate is acceptable and worth it."

ZijiayouxinlingdeziyouBuilt in 1912, The Manila Hotel exudes old-world grandeur and luxury with its European-style architecture, spacious lobby, arched doorways, massive chandeliers, and wooden window frames. Interestingly, General MacArthur's suite, from the time he lost to General Peng during the Korean War, is preserved on the fifth floor – history certainly has a way of repeating itself... The breakfast selection is quite extensive.

itsreallyjaineStaying at City Garden Suites Manila turned out to be a great choice for exploring the historic side of Manila.
The location is very convenient — just a short distance from Rizal Park, Intramuros, and shopping areas like Robinsons Place Manila. It made moving around the city easy without long travel time.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for resting after a full day of walking around Manila. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff — they were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help.
If you’re looking for a hotel that balances comfort, location, and affordability, this is definitely a good option when staying in Manila.

Btw, All the staff were very patient, and the food was quite good.

The pool and gym were excellent. The hotel staff were also very friendly and always greeted us warmly. It's a very comfortable hotel. It was a bit disappointing that there was no refrigerator in the room and no coin laundry. Also, I wish they'd improve the shower, as the water tends to pool at your feet. However, for this price, it's a great location with excellent facilities. The entrance is also very secure, which adds to the peace of mind.

Sander RoxasLoved my time at New Coast Hotel Manila. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view of Manila Bay. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. Location is convenient—close to malls and restaurants. Lobby can get busy at times, but overall it was a smooth and comfortable stay. Definitely recommend!

It was good experience , me and my daughter enjoyed the sauna and pool, the food was great, the room is clean and well maintained, the service is great and the staffs are accommodating.

My friends stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The location is okay, but if you are commuting, you need to walk about 5–6 minutes to reach the jeepney terminal. There are not many convenience stores nearby, but the famous Binondo area is very close. The room itself was okay.

I was so disappointed. The shower host from the bathroom was defective but in fairness it was repaired on the 2nd day midnight. And also no rubber bathroom mat (since the bathroom floor tiles is slippery) . They only produce the mat after my sister a pwd has warned them for any accident that she may incurred the front desk will be responsible. While the water heater is not 24 hours based on their post. Water heater resume on my 3rd day stay. The four treadmills at the gym are also not working it is all under maintenance.
In regards i think this hotel needs already a fully renovation.
