Sapa Spa Hotels

This hotel is absolutely charming and gorgeous, it genuinely looks and feels like a palace. The rooms are exceptionally large and spacious. If I had to find one minor downside, I did miss having a coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was good, though a bit overpriced. There is a shuttle service to the city center that runs once every hour. Overall, a wonderful experience and a great place to stay!

The photo opportunities here were absolutely fantastic. I was also pleasantly surprised by how delicious the breakfast was. Being able to order your own ham, and especially having fresh honey dripping from the comb that you can help yourself to, made me feel like Winnie the Pooh – it was so much fun. The entire hotel felt like a castle, and it was wonderfully clean and lovely. Plus, it's directly connected to the train station, which is a great convenience for getting to the station quickly.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming! 🥰 When we arrived, they took the time to explain all the attractions, how to get around, and everything we needed to know. The service was genuinely excellent from start to finish. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a balcony room, which made our stay even more enjoyable! 🥹✨ A huge shout-out to all the staff — they were so kind, cheerful, and attentive. When we asked for extra water, they happily provided it at no additional charge. Even while we were waiting for the bus to transfer back to Hanoi, they kindly served us some tea. Such thoughtful little gestures really made our stay memorable! ❤️ For a budget trip, this place is definitely one of the best choices. Great service, friendly people, and excellent value for money. If I ever visit again, I’ll definitely come back! And honestly, the boss should really give these amazing staff a raise! 😂 They deserve it! 👏✨

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel & Sky Bar from 4–6 September. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed especially by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. A very special thank you to Wendy and Chau, who made our stay truly memorable. We arrived at around 8.30am after taking the overnight sleeper train to Sapa. As it was far too early for check-in and our room was not yet ready, they very thoughtfully offered my wife and me shower facilities so that we could freshen up before starting our day. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful welcome to Sapa. Throughout our stay, Wendy and Chau were always friendly, attentive and ready to help. They gave us excellent advice on visiting the various attractions around Sapa, including Fansipan, and helped us make the most of our time there. Our room was another highlight — beautiful, comfortable and with an amazing view overlooking the mountains. Waking up to the mountain scenery was simply unforgettable. They also helped me arrange a motorbike and gave me useful advice on how to get to the different attractions around Sapa, including the Alpine Coaster. Exploring Sapa by motorbike turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! What really makes Sapa Horizon special is its people. The genuine warmth, thoughtfulness and personal attention from Wendy and Chau made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you, Wendy, Chau and the entire Sapa Horizon team for the wonderful hospitality. You made our visit to Sapa extra special, and we would definitely stay here again.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's pool facilities were great. The breakfast selection was also very rich. Most of the hotel staff were very enthusiastic. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Undoubtedly one of the finest hotels we experienced in Sapa and certainly worth considering! What made our stay particularly memorable was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel staff on my birthday. They graciously surprised us with a birthday cake and a heartfelt card, transforming an already wonderful stay into an exceptionally meaningful celebration. The staff were consistently warm, courteous, and accommodating, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, offering an extensive and delectable selection that catered to a variety of preferences. There was certainly no shortage of choices! The location is another remarkable advantage. Situated within close proximity to Sun Plaza, as well as numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants, the hotel is highly recommended for travellers who appreciate the convenience and vibrancy of Sapa’s town centre while remaining surrounded by its spectacular mountainous scenery. And for those specifically searching for a hotel with a picturesque view of the iconic Sapa mountain train, this is definitely one to consider. The hotel is good and clean the staff are accommodating and friendly the location os also good it os near from the tourist attraction specialy at moana cafe and also the view is so relaxing it is a highly recommended hotel in sapa we stayede here for 2 nights and the experiences is good.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

## Location We rented a scooter from downtown, so the location didn't feel inconveniently far. However, if you don't have a scooter, you'd constantly need to call Grab (ride-hailing), which could be quite a hassle. ## Amenities The swimming pool looked beautiful, but it was too cold to use. I didn't get to use other facilities, and my phone's international roaming didn't pick up a signal. The Wi-Fi connection was also spotty, constantly connecting and disconnecting. This might be an issue for heavy internet users, but as I didn't plan on spending much time online, it wasn't a major inconvenience for me personally. ## Service All the staff members were friendly. However, while they were polite, their friendliness wasn't particularly outstanding; it was more or less the standard level of service you'd expect at any hotel. ## Cleanliness It was exceptionally clean; absolutely spotless, with nothing to complain about. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Sapa. While everything else was fairly standard, the view you wake up to in the morning is absolutely breathtaking. It's so incredibly beautiful it's hard to put into words. The view is truly unforgettable, and it alone makes me want to come back again.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the centre of Sa Pa, and the location is definitely one of its strongest points. It’s very convenient, with easy access to Grab and taxis, making it simple to get around town. However, the building itself is quite old and doesn’t really match the photos shown online, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the room was clean and well-maintained, and there was a reliable hot shower — much appreciated in the cool Sapa weather. The breakfast buffet had limited choices, but it was still acceptable for a short stay. That said, the coffee could have been hotter. One standout feature was the WiFi — it was strong, stable, and didn’t require a password, which made staying connected very easy. Overall, a decent stay mainly because of the excellent location and strong WiFi, but the hotel could benefit from some updates and improvements to better match its online presentation.
