I had booked a week at this very nice Hotel, and was looking forward to visiting from the 12th of July. Unbeknownst to me at the time of booking, SAS Pilots where planning strike, and sadly for us it went into effect a week before travelling. SAS was complletely impossible to work with, and could give no information and offered no rebooking until pretty much last minute (and then it was too late, no flights to be had), and at the moment of writing this, they still have to refund my flight tickets. When i booked the hotel, i booked it as nonrefundable (maybe stupid of me, but you know, I have never had to refund any travel before ), so I thought I was going to loose all my money on the Hotel. But!!! I wrote them end explained the situation, and was so extremely lucky that they run a pretty incredible establishment with amazing service, and they refunded all my money no problem and no questions asked. Not only that, but the money was back on my account the day after the refund was made. Thank you so much Andrea and Dioklecijan, You saved me a lot of grief. You did not have to do this, but your did and I am eternally greatful. Will definitely be visiting you next summer !! Much Love from Denmark !!

You should request a room not facing the main road, as the “soundproof” windows are not really protective. Very tasty breakfast! Modern and big rooms. If you have a car, the best hotel to book for Split as it offers direct underground parking. In walking distance of the Mistral Beach Club of Radisson Blu Hotel.

The whole avenue between the sea and the hotel is going on a major construction project. It is obviously a planned project by the government or major developer. The hotel should have been informed way before the construction started. However, the hotel mentioned nothing. Just imagine if you wanted to have a relaxed beach holiday but found out that instead a huge construction site was right in front. How devastating it would be ! The staff said the outside situation is out of their control. I agree but they should have informed the guests. He said there were guests’ reviews online talking about the construction. They are not trying to hide anything. But hold on, how does it become the responsibility of the guests to tell others about the situation of the hotel? Who is charging a room for €280 a night with a huge construction site in front ? The construction will not complete until 2025, hopefully summer. Check carefully before you book the hotels on that road. Plus, there are other better hotels in that location. No need to go to this one.

nice clean and modern hotel, friendly staff with a nice buffet breakfast. about 20 min walk to the old town and 10 min walk to the beach. poor wifi for remote working and front of hotel is at the back of building so slightly confusing finding it for the first time. overall good hotel for short stays in Split!

Just returned from a fantastic stay, in terms of customer service it really is incredible everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room - The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. There was everything you needed. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable and of good quality. Breakfast - a fantastic breakfast was available with something for everyone. The pool area - it was a lovely pool area and the staff around the pool bar were always friendly. It does get busy around the pool so if you want a bed you do need to go early - also the outdoor bean bags are very comfy ! The restaurant- we ate in the restaurant twice , it was lovely - I’d recommend the pork with risotto ! The bar - we enjoyed a few drinks in the bar - it’s a really nice area to have a quiet drink . The spa - we both had a massage during our stay , the therapists were professional and the massage really was relaxing. It’s about a 20-25 minute walk but for us that was perfect - though an Uber / bolt is very reasonable into the town if you don’t fancy the walk . Finally a few special thanks Irena at reception who always had a smile and a cherry welcome and the 2 ladies in the bar ( sorry I can’t remember their names ) but they were fantastic and deserve a special mention . Thank you X

It is 3 kilometers away from the ancient city and 10 minutes by car. The facilities are very new and a little bit small. The parking lot is large but it costs a fee. 70 Kuna at night, the room is not expensive but the parking is too expensive.
