I and my wife recently stayed at the Hotel Regal Palace, Srinagar and were thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service. We were really pleased with our stay as it's a very nice, modern hotel and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated right in the heart of Srinagar and the location makes it great for sight-seeing the whole city while taking evening walks enjoying the charm of Kashmir. This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Srinagar & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The GM, Mr. Aquib & all staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit. Their breakfast variety & especially the cardamom tea are an excellent way to start the mornings. We would also like to thank Mr. Aquib for organizing our entire Kashmir tour and providing us with the best guide anyone could ever ask for: Mr. Nasir. Nasir Bhai is a gem of a person who made sure we make memories to last a lifetime in Kashmir. He surely deserves all the happiness in life as his honesty reflects in his humble nature. Thank u very very much Nasir bhai for everything. Someone once said ”Kashmir is heaven on earth”... We totally agree with this and to actually be here was a dream come true and the icing on the cake was the people we met on this journey... Thank you very much Kashmir... 🙏

We r very happy with their services and food is awesome. Centralised heated rooms...Kashmiri Kahwa and proper room services. Hospitality is also best in class. They r helping in nature and provide 5 star facilities. We r very grateful for the Kaisar's services

It was a shock when we reached there as the ambience is very bad, this hotel is in the Mall, all the rooms there have no ventilation at all, we they show you the room they will spray the room freshner first. There are only 4 lights which is very dim on the head board of the bed. Rooms are big but very dull smelly. AC they only on during the night time n morning they switch off God knows why they do this, n then one feels so soffocating that we kept our room door open. Bathroom was dirty where there was drainage problem. Manager rude. They serve left over food the next day evening. When they know we are going to checkout they kept asking when are you leaving by knocking the door. Also they don't feel shame in asking tip which we faced throughout our Kashmir journey. We need to carry enough cash as they just keep asking tip. I won't recommend this hotel which is situated near Lal chowk inside the Mall.

Comfortable stay. This is a 3 star property. Hotel is pretty small so, has limited rooms which gets occupied quickly. Lifts are there but, you need to go 5-6 steps to reach the lift. And, few steps down stairs to reach the lift which, might be hessel for elderly or someone on wheelchair. Reception staff was not bad. Rooms were good and spacious. Clean rooms so, house keeping did a nice job. Bathrooms were clean but, needs some renovation as, some tiles around shower area were broken which is unsafe for child to access washroom alone. Small room heater and bed heater was there.  Though, we didnt need it as we were there in April and, it was a pleasent climate. No ACs in case you are going there in hot climate. Limited option for breakfast which is a made to order menu. Though, food tasted very good. Food quality and taste at Ahdoos is very good. Staff at breakfast time could be little more attentive and courteous. Their cafe has some super desserts. Their wazwan was good. Location is superb. Hyper store right in front of hotel. Sunday bazzar starts in front. Walking distance to famous shopping market. We reccomend this property if you are in Srinagar.

Hi Friends, Recently i visited Srinagar with friends for pilgrimage with my friends and chose to stay in this hotel coz its at main location Lal Chowk. But we all got bad experience with hotel people. Find below points for helping you to choose or not choose to this hotel. 1. Rooms & Location are Good at main location (Lal Chowk) 2. Rooms was neat & Clean (Avoid taken top floor rooms as hotel don't have ac facility in rooms) 3. TV Not working properly 4. In House Restaurant Service Experience WORST, Restaurant Manager behavior is very rude. They don't know how to talk with there guest, he is very rude. We order the food for in-room dining, after order he say's BEDSHEET GANDA HO JAYEGA and dined to send the food at 11 Pm in room. In out entire trip only this person we meet who's behavior is very bad. In morning while we check-out from hotel, we see food plates, bowl etc at someone room gate, that's means they send food to other rooms. ( i have click the image with room no) If anybody want to stay, kindly ignore to take the food from In-House restaurant and take food at another restaurant just at walkable distance from hotel. Thanks
