Muye Xiaozhu Hotel has complete facilities, clean and elegant, coffee high platform and meeting friends community in the public area, the interior layout is stylish and very comfortable. The owner is enthusiastic about tourism, considers the guests, gives us very good suggestions, go to the Ewenke Reindeer Garden in the forest to experience the real minority life.

This hotel was very nicely decorated and provided a comfortable resting place after a long drive from Heilongjian into Inner Mongolia. The welcome was warm and the room had everything I needed. I was also able to quickly and easily get my washing done and dried. There is also plenty of parking. If you like trains, this place is also located by the tracks so it's an added bonus. Just be prepared for the horn. I must return with my partner next winter to Genhe as, sadly, the weather was too warm and it did not get down below -30c. There must have been a heatwave or something. If and when I return, I shall very likely stay here again. Thanks and Happy Chinese New Year.

The room is clean and comfortable, the heating is very warm, the bedding disinfection cabinet when you enter the door is bright, neatly arranged, people are very at ease, the smart toilet in the bathroom is clean and bright, the service is thoughtful and attentive, the whole house is smart, very warm!

We stayed with children, and although it was below freezing outside, the room was very warm. The hotel's decor was exquisite and thoughtful, which the kids loved. The service was warm and welcoming, especially the hotel restaurant, which was just a short walk from the hotel. The food was delicious, and the portions were very generous. The sweet and sour pork and the cabbage and tofu were particularly tasty. The private rooms were full of people having dinner parties in the evenings, and there's also a wedding banquet hall downstairs.

Excellent choice for friendly, warm, helpful, clean and modern hotel. The owner and family is extremely friendly and helpful. You won’t feel you are just a lodger. 住的太舒服了！！！！到的比較晚，一進門就直接打開行李了所以沒來得及拍照片。床品乾淨舒服。老闆推薦的火鍋去了，但是人爆滿，等位都要一小時起。換了另一家也挺好吃。晚上回來睡覺也很安靜。第二天去敖魯古雅很近，2km就到了。但是説實話，沒必要去看，沒啥意思…

對這家酒店最滿意就是乾淨和服務。全屋打掃細緻，梳化床鋪縫隙無灰塵，一客一換的床單被罩，設施保養到位！一家人住得舒心，衞生間沒有異味，住着安心放心。屋內外設施、洗漱配套齊全，床墊軟硬適中，隔音效果還不錯，孩子夜裡睡得安穩。從進門開始前台就很熱心，幫忙搬行李，提醒周邊吃飯、規劃經典遊玩路線，旅遊攻略，解決下一段的行程需要，非常的細心呢。

I wanted to take a taxi to Ningcuishan, but I couldn't find a private car. Later, when I was having dinner, the hotel owner said that most B&Bs would have a private car phone number. The hotel owner gave me a private car business card.

I like this hotel, it's comfortable and clean, but the water heater is too slow. There was no hot water when I arrived at night. I had to wait for a long time to take a shower, but it was gone and I had to wait again.
