2-Star Hotels in Heihe

The room is clean, spacious. The Internet works, all the facilities. Booked a room with a view to the city (26 floor). Two rooms living room, kitchen, toilet and shower. The room was very warm, sleeping with open windows in the living room. The toilet was not pleasant in the scent of the sewer (most likely because they did not use water for a long time). And when the ventilation was included in the toilet, all the flavours that could be felt (and the smell of food from other rooms, etc.), but in general everything liked.

It was my first time staying at Home Inn. The price/performance ratio was beyond my imagination. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful. The room was clean and hygienic. Although the room I chose was not big, the service facilities were simple and practical. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and every space was used just right. The front desk service was really warm and made people feel at home, just like its name Home Inn.

Забронировали номер для семьи с 2 двуспальными кроватями и видом на реку. Заехали с видом на задний двор, на помойку. Обратилась на ресепшен делали вид, что не понимают, хотя я переводила через переводчик. Потом сказала, что у них нет такого типа номеров с видом на реку. Гостиница вроде после ремонта, но в ванне плитка требует чистки, особенно в душе, душ только тропический, ни лейки, ни крана, ни гигиенического душа - нет. Постель чистая, матрасы, подушки - удобные. Я больше бы не поехала бы в этот отель, за такие деньги есть и лучше варианты

From Harbin, cross Qiqihar, to Mohe, and then to Heihe. I have stayed in the hotel all the way. I like this one the most. Its large room, exquisite furniture, European-style decoration, and two large windows side by side. I stayed for two nights. There is still a feeling of reluctance when you leave. The hotel is very close to the river, and you can go to the river to enjoy different scenery every morning and evening. Eating is also very convenient, delicious Russian food is only a ten-minute walk away. If you have the opportunity to come to Heihe again, you must choose to stay at this hotel again.

It was an okay stay. As a foreigner who doesn't smoke the smell of cigarettes is everywhere  it seems. It was definitely in the room and on the towels, bedding etc. Just be aware that Taxis are both Ride Shares using DiDi App so if you get them while ordering a DiDi don't expect to pay the set price. They will charge more off meter or charge standard rate to go to the Train Station. I was charged 80 yuan and 50 yuan on two different occasions. One rate to get to the hotel and then a different one to go back to the train station!!!

Rtel was very enjoyable, convenient location near the shopping mall, pedestrian street and embankment. The room is two-room, convenient for a family with children. But in the summer in a room without window and air conditioning will be hot... we had to open the entrance door to air the room. In the bathroom and near the shelves there are not enough hooks for the towel.

Так получилось, что когда мы с подругами (жили в отдельных номерах) вернулись с прогулки, в гостинице отсутствовала вода, мы просили на ресепшен, чтобы дали хотя бы одну бутылку воды (0,5 л), чтобы умыться, но нам предложили купить бутылку воды за 2 юаня. Я конечно понимаю, что это дешево, но если у вас нет воды, хоть и не по вашей вине, то можно пойти на уступки своим гостям. Воду естественно мы не купили, а обтирались влажными салфетками. Стоит также обратить внимание на то, что персонал не понимает по-русски, пользуется электронным переводчиком, некоторые слова, переведенные с помощью переводчика, не понятны

I chose the Lily Hotel based on its affordable price, good ratings, and the fact that each room had a private bathroom (some hotels even have one toilet shared across the entire floor, and showers shared between two floors, which is very inconvenient). Based on these criteria, plus the need for Wi-Fi, I ultimately chose the Lily Hotel. The reviews there were initially quite good, but unfortunately, my room experience was not good. First, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, which could be a big problem for guests with a lot of luggage. My room was the last one, right at the bottom of the stairs, so I had to constantly remind myself to be careful not to fall down the stairs, which I found very annoying. Second, a major drawback is that at 163cm tall, I can easily touch the ceiling. If guests are taller, this room would definitely not be suitable. It felt like it used to be a storage room that was later converted into a guest room. Yes, there was no TV in the room, which might be a drawback for some. But for me, the downside was that smoking was allowed in the room, and there was a non-nicotine odor. The windowsill was tiled, making the room very cold. Fortunately, there was a light, warm blanket at night, which made it a little more comfortable. When I opened the bathroom door, I was afraid to shower, worried that water would splash onto the water heater's wiring and cause a short circuit. However, after a closer look, I realized the water shouldn't have reached there, so it wasn't a problem. But the bathroom had a strong sewer smell as soon as I opened the door. It wasn't until the last day that I suddenly decided to check under the sink, and what I saw was utterly unsettling. I'm not a plumber, but I know it shouldn't be like this. I never expected it. There wasn't even a single cup in the room. Cleaning was only done once before check-in. A bottle of water was left before check-in. There was only enough toothpaste for one use, but thankfully a comb was provided. Before checking out, I typed the information into a translation app and went to the front desk to ask how to get a taxi more conveniently: whether to book through the Alipay app or to find a car at the mall entrance and negotiate the price. But the receptionist, through the translator, told me they could only call a taxi by phone. Later, while crossing the border, I successfully booked a taxi through the Alipay app and was able to cancel the order. This was very unpleasant; the receptionist had given me incorrect information. Ниже пишу аналогичный отзыв для русскоязычных пользователей: санузел (бывают такие гостиницы, в которых даже туалет на весь этаж, а душ так вообще на все два этажа. Что очень не удобно). выбор пал на гостиницу Лилия. не свезло с данным номером. Во-первых, в гостинице нет лифта, это может быть большим минусом для тех, кто с большим багажом, но мой номер был последним и располагался прямиком на лестнице, выходя из номера, всегда следует напоминать себе о том, чтобы не упасть с лестницы, что очень не понравилось мне. Во-вторых, большой минус из-за того, что я со своим ростом 163 см могла дотянуться прям до потолка своими руками. Ощущение, что ранее это было подсобное помещение из него сделали номер. меня минус в том, что в номере можно курить и в нем пахло некотином. Подоконник сделан из плитки из-за чего в номере холодно. Благо легкое и теплое одеяло меня спасало ночью. Открывая ванную комнату, боялась мыться, если вдруг намочу контакты бойлера и произойдет короткое замыкание. явно не попадет. Но минус в этой ванной комнате было то, что открывая ее пахло канализацией. день меня что-то сподвигло посмотреть под раковину и увидела тихий ужас. Я не сантехник, нод понимаю что так быть не должно. такого не додумалась бы. Нет кружек в номере хотя бы одной. воды оставили перед заселением. было то, что была расчестка для волос. о том, как лучше уехать на такси, заказать через приложение на Alipay или лучше подойти к торговому центру и договориться с ним. Но девушка через переводчик сообщила мне, что у них только по звонку заказывают такси. в таможне, я через приложение Alipay смогла вызвать такси и сделать отмену. Это неприятно. Девушка на ресепшене меня дезоинформировала.

The room was adequate for a short stay, though the walls are quite thin, so you can hear people outside easily. The shower and toilet work, but they’re a bit worn and could use some maintenance. That said, the location is very convenient, just a short walk to the pedestrian street, and the price is fair for what you get. Overall, it's a decent option for one or two nights if you're not expecting luxury.

The room is OK, the parking is convenient, the accommodation is quiet, the environment is good, the surrounding eating and shopping is very convenient, the breakfast is rich, the taste is delicious, it is worth staying at this hotel again!
