The room is clean, spacious. The Internet works, all the facilities. Booked a room with a view to the city (26 floor). Two rooms living room, kitchen, toilet and shower. The room was very warm, sleeping with open windows in the living room. The toilet was not pleasant in the scent of the sewer (most likely because they did not use water for a long time). And when the ventilation was included in the toilet, all the flavours that could be felt (and the smell of food from other rooms, etc.), but in general everything liked.

Was just a transit stop for us, one night as the train arrived late and we had an early morning to catch the next morning. Reasonable location near the railway station, walking distance away. That's the key plus. The room was pretty standard, and it mets our needs. Frontdesk was helpful, as they arranged for our transfer in the morning for an onward trip to Wudalianchi.

Rtel was very enjoyable, convenient location near the shopping mall, pedestrian street and embankment. The room is two-room, convenient for a family with children. But in the summer in a room without window and air conditioning will be hot... we had to open the entrance door to air the room. In the bathroom and near the shelves there are not enough hooks for the towel.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic, just 10 meters from the International Night Market, just down the stairs. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a warm receptionist who provided helpful information about nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was impeccable, with a stylish and elegant decor, excellent lighting, soft bedding, and a mattress with just the right firmness. The smart toilet was meticulously cleaned and restocked daily, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The surrounding shopping district and food court are all within easy reach.

The room was clean and tidy, and the decor was beautiful. The front desk staff were very welcoming. We were traveling with elderly relatives, which was inconvenient, and they kindly arranged for us to stay on the first floor; we were very grateful. The hotel's location was also good, on the road to the Wudalianchi scenic area. It has a small courtyard, and parking was very convenient. Unfortunately, I forgot to take any pictures.

The hotel is very close to the Heihe morning market and night market pedestrian street. The airport bus can be taken to the pedestrian street, which is very convenient. There are many places to eat around and many choices. The room facilities are average, the hygiene is average, and the cost performance is relatively high.

Выбирали отель для проживания в Хэйхэ, решили идти хоженными тропами, выбрали Отель София и не прогадали. Отдых в Хэйхэ получился ярким и насыщенным, отель территориально идеально подходит для прогулок по набережной, пешеходной улице, улице русских товаров, персонал на высшем уровне, на ресепшене очень приветливый персонал. Номера чистые и уютные, классная гостиница не дорогая .

The room is OK, the parking is convenient, the accommodation is quiet, the environment is good, the surrounding eating and shopping is very convenient, the breakfast is rich, the taste is delicious, it is worth staying at this hotel again!
