AliguoguoWe checked into this hotel on June 17th. The lobby was very grand. We arrived at 2 PM, but because our room wasn't clean, we were asked to wait for almost two hours. After the room was finally cleaned, it wasn't what we expected. We booked a deluxe room for 364 RMB, but the front desk said it was 300 RMB. There's no such difference between online and offline bookings. We complained to Ctrip and waited in the lobby for almost three hours before finally getting an upgrade to a superior standard room on the third floor. Because of the high altitude, we had planned to rest early, but the afternoon was wasted. The front desk service wasn't very good either, and the hotel's oxygen was extra. The hotel wasn't good value for money. The breakfast was terrible. How could ******* people treat Han Chinese like this? This was one of the worst hotel experiences we had on our trip to Tibet. We hope the hotel will seriously improve and not disappoint its customers. I do not recommend this hotel.

Guest UserRight at Everest Base Camp, this is the only hotel with oxygen supply, heating, and an indoor restroom in the rooms. Definitely worth staying here. The owner is incredibly nice; they called us in advance and reserved the room with the best view of Mount Everest, which you can see directly from the room – an absolutely stunning view. The restaurant offers hotpot for 88 yuan per person, and the view there is also fantastic. While the price is a bit high, it's worth it given the location. Highly recommended.

A perfect hotel with its own parking lot, elevator, oxygen, floor heating, humidifier, the bathroom is not big, but the layout is very reasonable, smart toilet, heating. Voice control of curtains. The bedding is very comfortable and clean, and the pillows are the best since I came to Tibet. I have been in Tibet for two months and changed hotels every day. This hotel is very cost-effective and also provides breakfast. The two handsome guys at the front desk are enthusiastic and friendly. Thumbs up!

Blindly selected this hotel, very good value! I don't know if I booked a room sharing, just in time for the room sharing to be full, I upgraded the standard room, very spacious! The most important thing is that the decoration of this hotel is very ethnic and exquisite! Upstairs you can see the panoramic view of Zongshan Ancient Castle! The speed is not good, there is no way to upload photos.

It’s a bit late from Lhasa, and the front desk sister will call to confirm the arrival time and help to reserve a parking space. When it arrived, the floor heating and oxygen production were opened in advance. Breakfast and snacks are mingling in two steps around, which is very convenient. Very recommended! ! !

Guest UserAlthough it's a tent camp, the conditions are pretty good for this altitude. The communal restrooms are outside, and they were cleaner than I expected, with vacuum-flush squat toilets that someone regularly cleans. There's hot water for handwashing, though you need to let it run for a bit each time. No shower facilities, unfortunately. You can rent oxygen concentrators or oxygen tanks, which is definitely necessary for anyone experiencing significant altitude sickness. Overall, it's an experience worth trying.

Definitely the best hotel in Nyalam. It's conveniently located right next to the county government building and has a parking lot with direct elevator access to the lobby. The rooms are clean, feature floor heating, a bathroom with wet/dry separation, and a standalone sink.
However, the design and layout felt a bit impractical. Despite the spacious rooms, there isn't a proper desk or table to put things on. While the bathroom isn't small, the toilet is awkwardly squeezed into a corner, which would be very uncomfortable for taller or larger individuals, as you even have to push the shower's glass door outwards to make room. Additionally, there's no heater in the bathroom, and the hot water wasn't quite hot enough. The sink height is also awkwardly positioned, making it very inconvenient for anyone under 1.6 meters tall.
Furthermore, I suggest the hotel improve its parking lot management. While there are plenty of spaces, some inconsiderate drivers, purely for their own convenience, park directly in the driveways, blocking properly parked cars from exiting.

The room was clean and tidy, the sanitation facilities were complete, and the hot water was great. The clerk service was very warm and thoughtful, and there was a small gift of steam eye masks, which felt very warm and comfortable.
