The monastery being built next door meant we couldn't watch the Everest sunrise from our beds. However, no other hotel is closer to the final destination. A room can accommodate 4 people, making it better value for money than staying at the base camp. This hotel is at an altitude of 5000 meters. The cleanliness was much better than what we experienced on Mount Tai. I didn't give it five stars because the top of Mount Emei is even better, so there's room for improvement. I had a headache, and the owner gave me some medicine that worked instantly. The owner was very welcoming. My child made a super rich and sweet milk tea themselves, which led us to buy a large amount of milk powder when we got back, and now we brew tea and drink it every day at home.

We checked into this hotel on June 17th. The lobby was very grand. We arrived at 2 PM, but because our room wasn't clean, we were asked to wait for almost two hours. After the room was finally cleaned, it wasn't what we expected. We booked a deluxe room for 364 RMB, but the front desk said it was 300 RMB. There's no such difference between online and offline bookings. We complained to Ctrip and waited in the lobby for almost three hours before finally getting an upgrade to a superior standard room on the third floor. Because of the high altitude, we had planned to rest early, but the afternoon was wasted. The front desk service wasn't very good either, and the hotel's oxygen was extra. The hotel wasn't good value for money. The breakfast was terrible. How could ******* people treat Han Chinese like this? This was one of the worst hotel experiences we had on our trip to Tibet. We hope the hotel will seriously improve and not disappoint its customers. I do not recommend this hotel.

I visited the base camp a few years ago, and back then it was still just tents set up by Tibetans. Coming back this year, it far exceeded my expectations; the facilities have been greatly improved. A very satisfying stay, and I even got to watch the Milky Way and sunset at night. A truly worthwhile trip.

Definitely the best hotel in Nyalam. It's conveniently located right next to the county government building and has a parking lot with direct elevator access to the lobby. The rooms are clean, feature floor heating, a bathroom with wet/dry separation, and a standalone sink. However, the design and layout felt a bit impractical. Despite the spacious rooms, there isn't a proper desk or table to put things on. While the bathroom isn't small, the toilet is awkwardly squeezed into a corner, which would be very uncomfortable for taller or larger individuals, as you even have to push the shower's glass door outwards to make room. Additionally, there's no heater in the bathroom, and the hot water wasn't quite hot enough. The sink height is also awkwardly positioned, making it very inconvenient for anyone under 1.6 meters tall. Furthermore, I suggest the hotel improve its parking lot management. While there are plenty of spaces, some inconsiderate drivers, purely for their own convenience, park directly in the driveways, blocking properly parked cars from exiting.

The store's service attitude is very good. The hotel uses solar water heaters. I checked into room 208 first, but the hot water failed to heat up after 20 minutes of running, so I was moved to room 306 for free. The next morning, the maintenance man knocked on my door and asked me about the hot water supply last night. Parking is easy. Eating around is convenient.
