"A family of four stayed here. Parking was convenient, and there were all sorts of snacks right outside the hotel. The hotel is newly renovated, the environment is great, and it's very clean. The only downside was that the dryer kept alarming after continuous use; you had to stay by it and restart it when it went off. Everything else was good, the late-night congee was excellent, and breakfast was also very satisfying."

Especially Kerry, the concierge (two Golden Keys!), who was incredibly thoughtful. Our group of four stayed in two rooms and enjoyed the buffet dinner, and everyone was absolutely thrilled with the whole experience. We honestly didn't want to check out the next day. "The rooms had diffused oxygen supply and were decorated in a stylish way. They upgraded both of our two basic rooms. The receptionist was also very gentle. This hotel is really great, much better than I expected. There's nothing to complain about; even someone as clean as me thought it was excellent."

"I have stayed here several times and this time I had an unexpected experience. The summary is as follows! 1. The online order was for a good breakfast, but when I got to the hotel, they said there was no breakfast during the Chinese New Year. 2 The air conditioner in the room was on all night but the temperature kept dropping. It wasn't warm at all after being on all night. 3. There is no hot water in the washbasin. You can only use water boiled in a kettle to wash. 4 A double room with two pillows, one with several holes in it and the other one not cleaned at all!"
