"The entire stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel felt like it was built to five-star standards in terms of facilities and operations. Many details were well done, such as providing toilet seat covers. The view of snow-capped mountains from the door was a pleasant surprise. Most importantly, the oxygen supply was truly abundant; during my nearly 10-day trip in Tibet, this was the hotel with the most adequate oxygen supply. If I had to offer a suggestion, it would be to extend the oxygen supply time. The automatic shut-off after 8 hours is unreasonable; I recommend extending it to at least 9 hours to ensure I didn't experience oxygen deprivation while sleeping for more than 8 hours."

"On the evening of April 30th, after completing the Kora and on my way back, I stayed at the Hilton Shigatse once again. Manager Wangjiu Basang warmly and efficiently handled my check-in. The next morning, I flew from Shigatse Heping Airport to Shenzhen, with a layover in Chengdu. It wasn't until I was unpacking my luggage at home that I realized I had left my phone charger in the hotel room. With a 'nothing to lose' attitude, I contacted Manager Wangjiu Basang. He immediately assured me not to worry and said he would look for it right away. Soon enough, the charger was found, and it has already been returned to me via SF Express. Although it's a small matter, Manager Wangjiu Basang's professional and responsible work attitude is truly commendable!"

I can turn the oxygen knob to 360°, see the purity of oxygen 20.9%, I am afraid that my twisting and playing bad will cause the room oxygen to be low and uncomfortable, so I called the front desk to ask the normal room oxygen purity, she said 20%-30%, I am relieved.
Service: When I checked in, the front desk saw that my mother was very very uncomfortable. We upgraded to an executive twin room, so it was very intimate. ❤️ I have questions. The front desk patiently answered and helped me solve them. The service is particularly good. 👍
Live: The hotel is very new, the room is large, and the aisle is spacious after the two suitcases are unfolded. Slippers are super soft and super comfortable! ! ! "This stay was extremely satisfying! The service was warm and attentive, and the front desk was incredibly efficient. The staff greeted us sweetly as we passed by, which was very welcoming. While we were resting in the lobby, they proactively offered us water and asked where we were going and if we needed recommendations for fun places to visit or eat. They even inquired about our altitude sickness and whether we needed Rhodiola rosea, etc. The room was impeccably clean, and the hotel's facilities were new. The smart voice assistant, Xiaodu, was a huge help; we could turn off the lights and TV without getting out of bed – so convenient! We also had breakfast in the lobby this morning; the selection was plentiful, and someone even helped us cook noodles, rice noodles, cakes, milk, and desserts – all delicious and very nice! The hotel's parking lot was large and convenient, and it's very close to Shenli Times Square in the city center – just a few minutes by taxi, and for 10 yuan, you can easily get anywhere. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend it!"

"Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Everything was thoughtfully done, and the price was excellent value.
The front desk service was warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and patient, answering all my questions promptly. The whole process was smooth.
The guest rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding, good natural light and ventilation, a reasonable layout, and complete toiletries. The bathroom was clean and odor-free, making me feel very safe. The most positive aspect was the stable oxygen supply. Staying in a high-altitude area, I had no worries about altitude sickness. The oxygen equipment worked well and was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep.

"I highly recommend this hotel for a day trip to Shigatse, it's not far from the railway station.
1. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the train station, which was perfect as I had a Mount Everest tour the next day. It was very convenient to have the hotel's business car take me to the station, just arrange it with the front desk.
2. On the day of arrival, they provided complimentary snacks and dinner vouchers. After visiting Tashilhunpo Monastery in the afternoon, I didn't want to go out, so I just had a bowl of noodles at the hotel.
3. Before checking out today, the front desk lady even gave me a small gift: an eye mask, hand cream, ginger tea, and wet wipes. Since I was on my period today, these came in handy. They're all essential travel items.
4. The room was great, very clean. I asked for two extra bottles of water at night, and they were brought over immediately."

The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to National Highway 318, with ample space in front and comfortable parking. The humidifier automatically turned on as soon as we entered the room, ensuring a consistently fresh and oxygen-rich environment throughout the night. Service: Absolutely five-star, even though it's a small town, the service was exceptional. The hotel called in the morning to confirm our itinerary, added us on WeChat to answer questions, helped us arrange transportation to the scenic area upon check-in, and we found fruit in our room with the floor heating already on and oxygen turned on. When they learned we'd be heading to Gawula Pass for sunrise and would miss breakfast, they proactively refunded the breakfast fee and even prepared two packed meals for us. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. I highly recommend experiencing it for yourselves!

I have to give a huge thumbs up to the Gyirong Chomo Langzong Hotel! I didn't have high expectations for a high-altitude stay, but I was blown away the moment I walked in—a rich ******* style blended with modern design. The lobby was filled with a faint scent of ******* incense, instantly soothing the fatigue from the bumpy ride.
· Before I could even speak as I got off the car, a young man with a super-smiling smile came trotting over to take my luggage (I later learned it was Xiao Rui!)
· They proactively upgraded our room upon check-in, and upon entering the room, we were served hot soy milk and fruit.
· The recommended, non-influenced viewpoint was absolutely amazing! I captured the full view of Jinshan Mountain in the sun!
I'll definitely be booking this hotel next time I'm in Tibet!

__yt18575****Definitely the best hotel in Nyalam. It's conveniently located right next to the county government building and has a parking lot with direct elevator access to the lobby. The rooms are clean, feature floor heating, a bathroom with wet/dry separation, and a standalone sink.
However, the design and layout felt a bit impractical. Despite the spacious rooms, there isn't a proper desk or table to put things on. While the bathroom isn't small, the toilet is awkwardly squeezed into a corner, which would be very uncomfortable for taller or larger individuals, as you even have to push the shower's glass door outwards to make room. Additionally, there's no heater in the bathroom, and the hot water wasn't quite hot enough. The sink height is also awkwardly positioned, making it very inconvenient for anyone under 1.6 meters tall.
Furthermore, I suggest the hotel improve its parking lot management. While there are plenty of spaces, some inconsiderate drivers, purely for their own convenience, park directly in the driveways, blocking properly parked cars from exiting.
