"The service was professional and very supportive. We were greeted with a Hada upon entering, which was a lovely touch reflecting the hotel's local character, and the Hada itself was of good quality. "Self-driving to the plateau all the way to a slight high reaction, headache chest tight, but fortunately booked this hotel!
The front desk service is particularly intimate, the check-in speed is fast, and the precautions for the plateau are actively reminded. If you have any questions, please answer them patiently.
The room comes with oxygen supply equipment, which really saves lives! After opening the oxygen, the whole person immediately relieved, the room was cleaned, the bedding was soft, the sound insulation was very good, and the oxygen was safe and sound all night, and there was no uncomfortable feeling of the plateau.

"The entire stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel felt like it was built to five-star standards in terms of facilities and operations. Many details were well done, such as providing toilet seat covers. The view of snow-capped mountains from the door was a pleasant surprise. Most importantly, the oxygen supply was truly abundant; during my nearly 10-day trip in Tibet, this was the hotel with the most adequate oxygen supply. If I had to offer a suggestion, it would be to extend the oxygen supply time. The automatic shut-off after 8 hours is unreasonable; I recommend extending it to at least 9 hours to ensure I didn't experience oxygen deprivation while sleeping for more than 8 hours."

Check-in was incredibly fast, and the front desk staff clearly explained breakfast times and offering times. They even gave me a welcome gift and said many heartwarming things, unlike the perfunctory service at other hotels. From check-in to check-out, I was truly touched by the warmth of the staff here. The breakfast spread is excellent, and all the facilities are quite good. Most importantly, they solved my parking problem, which was a huge relief. This is definitely a hotel worth recommending!"

"On the evening of April 30th, after completing the Kora and on my way back, I stayed at the Hilton Shigatse once again. Manager Wangjiu Basang warmly and efficiently handled my check-in. The next morning, I flew from Shigatse Heping Airport to Shenzhen, with a layover in Chengdu. It wasn't until I was unpacking my luggage at home that I realized I had left my phone charger in the hotel room. With a 'nothing to lose' attitude, I contacted Manager Wangjiu Basang. He immediately assured me not to worry and said he would look for it right away. Soon enough, the charger was found, and it has already been returned to me via SF Express. Although it's a small matter, Manager Wangjiu Basang's professional and responsible work attitude is truly commendable!"

The room has a smart panel that shows the local altitude and the purity of the room oxygen. I can turn the oxygen knob to 360°, see the purity of oxygen 20.9%, I am afraid that my twisting and playing bad will cause the room oxygen to be low and uncomfortable, so I called the front desk to ask the normal room oxygen purity, she said 20%-30%, I am relieved.
Service: When I checked in, the front desk saw that my mother was very very uncomfortable. We upgraded to an executive twin room, so it was very intimate. ❤️ I have questions. The front desk patiently answered and helped me solve them. The service is particularly good. 👍

Guest UserHighly recommend! This is the best among the top-rated hotels I've stayed at twice in Shigatse. The room is spacious and clean, the front desk service is excellent, and the breakfast is especially delicious with a great variety of dishes. Initially, because it was the off-season, the front desk offered room service, but as more guests checked in, it switched to a buffet. The welcome fruit was also very fresh. I'm honestly curious why this place doesn't have a higher rating; it should be the best in Shigatse. Seriously, I really, really recommend it. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel room, so here are two photos from my trip, just to show I'm not a robot.

Anonymous UserThis hotel is fantastic, comparable to a five-star hotel. Every staff member is polite, courteous, and courteous. The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to National Highway 318, with ample space in front and comfortable parking. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and even though we prefer lighter flavors, we still enjoyed delicious food. The humidifier automatically turned on as soon as we entered the room, ensuring a consistently fresh and oxygen-rich environment throughout the night. All the amenities are top-notch, and the surfaces feel smooth and comfortable to use.

Amenities: The room was fully equipped, and you could tell a lot of thought went into every detail.
Cleanliness: Extremely clean, which made for a very comfortable stay.
Environment: Great location, with plenty of dining options nearby and convenient transportation.
Service: Absolutely five-star, even though it's a small town, the service was exceptional. The hotel called in the morning to confirm our itinerary, added us on WeChat to answer questions, helped us arrange transportation to the scenic area upon check-in, and we found fruit in our room with the floor heating already on and oxygen turned on. When they learned we'd be heading to Gawula Pass for sunrise and would miss breakfast, they proactively refunded the breakfast fee and even prepared two packed meals for us. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. I highly recommend experiencing it for yourselves!

The hotel is very clean and bright, with good facilities. The front desk is decorated in ******* style, and there are many locals staying here, such as monks. The breakfast is the most abundant hotel I have ever met, with both Chinese and ******* options. The most important thing is that it is pet-friendly! The hotel provides laundry service, but I asked by phone and was told that if there are more than two pieces, they will be charged separately. You can see the price list at the front desk.

This hotel made me feel at home on the plateau.
I have to give a huge thumbs up to the Gyirong Chomo Langzong Hotel! I didn't have high expectations for a high-altitude stay, but I was blown away the moment I walked in—a rich ******* style blended with modern design. The lobby was filled with a faint scent of ******* incense, instantly soothing the fatigue from the bumpy ride.
· Before I could even speak as I got off the car, a young man with a super-smiling smile came trotting over to take my luggage (I later learned it was Xiao Rui!)
· They proactively upgraded our room upon check-in, and upon entering the room, we were served hot soy milk and fruit.
· The recommended, non-influenced viewpoint was absolutely amazing! I captured the full view of Jinshan Mountain in the sun!
I'll definitely be booking this hotel next time I'm in Tibet!

I have stayed here several times and this time I had an unexpected experience. The summary is as follows!
1. The online order was for a good breakfast, but when I got to the hotel, they said there was no breakfast during the Chinese New Year.
2 The air conditioner in the room was on all night but the temperature kept dropping. It wasn't warm at all after being on all night.
3. There is no hot water in the washbasin. You can only use water boiled in a kettle to wash.
4 A double room with two pillows, one with several holes in it and the other one not cleaned at all!
