2-Star Hotels in Hamburg

I stayed at Superbude St. Pauli and really liked it. The location is great – very central, well connected, and surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. The atmosphere is cozy, and the price was quite fair for Hamburg. I didn’t spend much time in the room, mostly just for sleeping, but it was comfortable. The only small downsides were that the doors tend to slam a bit loudly and the lighting could be brighter. Overall, though, a really good place to stay.

Hotel samoobsługowy, check in przebiegł bez problemu. Pokój czysty, posiadał wszystko potrzebne udogodnienia, aneks dobrze wyposażony. Mieliśmy jedynie problem gdy chcieliśmy wyjść to okazało się, że drzwi od pokoju nie zamykają automatycznie. Po kontakcie z infolinią zmieniono nam od razu pokój wiec załatwienie tego przebiegło sprawnie. Ekipa sprzątająca w dniu wymeldowania przychodziła kilka razy przed 11 żeby sprawdzić czy już nas nie ma, co było trochę uciążliwe.

first of all, the man at the reception did not check that we had already paid for the room. He presented a bill that needs to be paid now. I said several times that we have already paid for the number and showed a copy of the bill. He denied it, but he did a better search and found that we are already paid. He just said it was the software's fault, not his. I have been flying to Hamburg for almost 3 years and staying for a few days and booking a hotel. I have never had such a misunderstanding in other districts of Hamburg. Upon entering the room, everything was clean, but the bedding had an unpleasant smell..

Very quiet despite the main road being nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was okay at first glance, but could actually be a bit better, but I would still book it again.

the hotel is nice, simple, and very clean. they give you table and chair so you can work from your bedroom. there is also mini bar and they provide a microwave, it's really help when you craving for something in the night and dont want to go outside :)

The rooms are clean but a bit old and small, especially the bathroom which is really really tiny. The breakfast is very good, super fresh and offers lots of variety. The location is right next to the Altona station which can be convenient.

The hotel is relatively close to Hamburg Central Station, but still requires about a 15-minute walk — not ideal if you’re carrying heavy luggage. The room was quite small, and unfortunately, it didn’t feel very comfortable during my stay. It might be okay for a short stopover, but for a longer stay, I would prefer somewhere with a bit more space and comfort.

Es passte für mich, Zimmer ruhig, Matratze gut, Einchecken unproblematisch und dazur guter WLAN-Empfang. Mehr brauchte ich nicht.

Great for 1 night and good connection to metro „Hammer Kirche“. Walkable within 7min. Drech connection to Hamburg main station!!! You see that the hostel is a little out-dated, but all on all it’s good for 1 night.
