A fantastic experience! The supermarket and laundromat are within walking distance, and the breakfast service was excellent. Breakfast included my favorite German and European pickles, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, crispy fried bacon, various honeys, a wide selection of breads, four types of yogurt, and a variety of fruits to add to the yogurt, as well as fresh fruit. There were also many unique juice options, and iced and sparkling water choices. A quick greeting from the staff allows you to bring your own coffee or hot tea to the smoking area outside (but remember to return empty cups to the restaurant).

Nice and friendly staff who provide service that lives up to the high standard expected from Novotel. They were welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout the stay, making the overall experience very pleasant. The hotel is well situated in a public transportation hub, offering easy access to many tourist attractions, which makes it a convenient base for exploring the city. The combination of a great location and excellent service made the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the Hamburg Airport departure level. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I was charged an extra 25 euros for early check-in (2 hours prior). The front desk staff accidentally charged me for the room twice, but after Ctrip intervened, the duplicate charge was refunded a few days later. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

Well-maintained hotel close to the subway and main train station. Clean rooms, a large safe, and an excellent breakfast. The staff are friendly and always helpful with any questions. There's an underground car park on-site, which I found to be expensive and cramped.

Great hotel in the best location in Hamburg. Very friendly staff. Rooms are top. Parking in deep garage is ideal (although not cheap). In the breakfast room there is even a kids playground. Very recommended!!

Our apartment was very clean and surprisingly spacious. The expected amenities (washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge, hob, kettle, towel rack etc.) were all functional; reception was kind enough to provide additional detergent.

This hotel is excellent. It has a very old English feel which makes you feel comfortable. That, plus the very friendly and helpful service-orientated nature of the staff made this stay very pleasant indeed. The amenities are also comfortable, the food is excellent and there is plenty of space to relax.

Super convenient, whether you're heading to the airport or the city center, it's just a three-minute walk to the S-Bahn. Amazingly, there are three decent-sized supermarkets within 100 meters. For food, Arabian BBQ is the main option (and it's delicious), but there's also an Asian buffet nearby that's around €20 for lunch and €30 for dinner. If you're into fitness, TRU Fitness is close by, and a day pass is only €10, which is a great deal. The hotel doesn't have a water dispenser, and you only get one large complimentary bottle of water, but the front desk said the tap water is drinkable. Conclusion: I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hamburg.

Location in front of the station and about 10 minutes walk from the center. Almost new structure and good cleaning of the room.

Hygiene: as always good. Environment: The location is as general as ever, and there are supermarket restaurants nearby. There is a fried fish restaurant, which is affordable and delicious. Service: as always good. Facilities: as always good.
