I was spent my time with my wife in this place, its a good place.

Not far from the West Sumatra Education Office, this place is comfortable, clean, and tidy. The staff are also friendly, and most importantly, it's close to a mosque, a local eatery (kedai nasi), and a convenience store for daily necessities. Could you please also provide an accommodation invoice for guests who book through apps, for their office reporting purposes? Thank you.

This place is good for stay. Recommended if you come to this city and stay at this hotel.

Staff attends to requests well. There is a lift in the hotel. Some rooms do not have windows. Breakfast is average.

I booked this accommodation for my wife who was going to take the CPNS test. When she arrived there, she was very happy because the homestay was clean and close to the test location (walkable). What impressed her the most was the friendliness and generosity of the staff, coincidentally she arrived early (around 10 am) and the type of room she had booked was not ready (because check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm), the staff even offered her a place to rest and went straight to the room that was ready (a better type than the one she had booked) without any additional charges.

The service must be improved, the location is strategic and the facilities are not bad

For the floor, etc. it is clean, it would be better if the towels are compatible with the new towels provided. And nobody pays attention on the mattress or bed sheet or blanket that makes it itchy on the skin. So much

The hotel’s location is definitely a plus—it’s close to the sea, which offers easy access to the beach. The receptionist was very welcoming and made check-in smooth, but unfortunately we weren’t allowed to check in early. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room didn’t feel properly cleaned, and the amenities are clearly outdated and in need of renovation. While the staff’s attitude was great, the overall condition of the hotel falls short of expectations.
