Today, I finally have time to give the boss a big praise. We have not arrived yet. The boss has turned on the floor heating. The two couples are very enthusiastic. They help us carry things, arrange food, and introduce the surrounding attractions and hot springs. The yak hot pot is really good, the weight is good, I can’t finish it, and I have a warm meal. I drank butter tea for breakfast. We all like it very much. The most important thing is that the two guys have made good friends. The boss’s little daughter has a great time together. Take us to pick up pine nuts, I really admire the strength of the kids. The boss’s own painting is very good, very thoughtful, and he has to do outdoor camping. I will definitely try it next time. In short, you will feel the happiness of a family-style homestay. After two small cockroaches go home, they still remember the good friends they made. They said that they will definitely go to her next time. The surrounding wild hot springs are real hot springs, which are a bit rudimentary and the water quality is not bad.

I absolutely, absolutely, absolutely loved it! My boyfriend's birthday even got us an upgraded room and a welcome gift! The proprietress is a super cool and cultured person. I've never had such a comfortable trip – truly satisfied with every single aspect! The staff and butler at the estate were all incredibly gentle and kind. At night, there was sweet soup in a thermos in our room, which I almost missed, haha! Luckily, I found it; it felt like a treasure hunt. The butter tea for breakfast was amazing. Whether it was the snacks or the cheese at breakfast, everything the proprietress bought was high-quality, Sam's Club-level stuff – super nice! She also has a dog that looks like a little lamb; it's so cute, I could just die, ahhh! But the absolute best was the yak hotpot with grilled meat for dinner; it was just incredibly good, seriously! For our two-day trip to Lixian, we chose to stay at Xiangjiagazong Luxury Scenic Resort, drawn by its stunning scenery and numerous positive reviews. To start with, my conclusion is: while the hardware (facilities) is indeed excellent, the soft services don't quite match the price. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain; you need to take a detour from the main road to reach it, so driving is more convenient. It provides two small parking areas and EV charging stations. Both the views and room facilities are exactly as advertised: clean, tidy, high-quality, and clearly designed with great thought and expense. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer direct views of the lush mountains, and the morning mist creates a truly breathtaking scene. Breakfast was generous, served à la carte (not buffet-style) directly by staff, which was a pleasant experience. However, the service left much to be desired. On arrival day, I contacted the front desk for luggage assistance, but after a long wait, no one showed up, so I had to carry my bags uphill myself. During check-in, there was no dedicated staff member; an auntie who also handles cleaning duties processed our check-in. The so-called ”butler” service wasn't via WeChat but a regular phone call, and their explanation of nearby walkable attractions was unclear, which was a bit awkward. On the first night, I felt a bit unwell and contacted the butler for cold medicine or altitude sickness medication. Unfortunately, these were not readily available, and we had to purchase an oxygen tank at our own expense. The ”Xiaodu” voice assistant in the room seemed smart but didn't genuinely integrate with the room facilities. The scenic cafe on the 4th floor had beautiful views, but on both occasions we went up, there were no staff, just an empty room. We didn't encounter the ”warm and hospitable owner” mentioned in many reviews; the owner never appeared throughout our stay, and there was a noticeable lack of a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the hotel's hardware and scenery are indeed impeccable, making it a great place for photos and relaxation. However, the service experience and attention to detail fell short. The price, several times higher than neighboring hotels, didn't reflect a corresponding value in service. If you're coming purely for the scenery, it's worth a try, but if you're seeking a high-quality, comprehensive experience, you might be slightly disappointed.

This stay was absolutely perfect, a definite five-star rating! The hotel's location is excellent, the room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and always happy to help. I especially want to praise the smart room control system – it's really high-tech, easy to use, and being able to control the curtains and air conditioning just by speaking was incredibly convenient. However, it would be even better if there were a few more lighting modes, such as a reading mode, a romantic mode, or a night light mode. This would enhance the ambiance and offer a more personalized experience. I look forward to visiting again and hope the hotel continues to improve!

This is the only hotel on my trip that didn't ask me for a positive review. It's located right outside the armed forces department, so it feels very safe, and there's a small parking lot. It's probably one of the best hotels in the county. I'd recommend it if you're passing through, because the room facilities are comprehensive. Plus, the front desk not only arranged a room facing the armed forces department, which was very quiet (and had a mountain view), but they also turned on the heating in advance, showing really thoughtful service. As for breakfast, I specifically tried the beef noodles; the ******* auntie's noodles were delicious. The other food items were simple but neatly arranged and felt very clean.

I arrived late that night, and most of the surrounding hotels were fully booked. This was a B&B, and the decor felt quite new. It had a smart home system throughout, with a smart toilet in the room, underfloor heating, and central heating. The hotel offered free parking, a children's play area, and a hot spring, though the hot spring closed around 10:30 PM. The front desk also provided complimentary fruit and self-service tea, as well as free disposable toiletries. The facilities are comparable to those of a mid-to-high-end chain hotel. Breakfast was available, and while the variety wasn't extensive, there were noodles, congee, buns, and dumplings – enough to fill you up. Overall, the service was excellent. The only minor drawback was the cleanliness; it wasn't quite up to par. The remote control holder was dusty, and there was dust on the tables. Improving the cleanliness would make it absolutely perfect.

Bipenggou is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan.' We were lucky enough to even see snow-capped mountains at this time of year 🏔️ and even found a four-leaf clover by the roadside 🍀. The hotel was also great. They saw we had a child with us and even gave us free breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The service and cleanliness were both quite good 👍. Attached is a Bipenggou travel guide.

This time I went to Bipenggou to play, but I found a lot of shops at the entrance of the scenic spot, but I didn’t find a suitable place to live. It’s fun to see the online guide Mengtun River Valley. After going directly out of the scenic spot, I went straight to Mengtun River. Not far away, I found such a new treasure store on the Internet. The price/performance ratio is really full. It is definitely the most missed accommodation on this trip to Western Sichuan. The room is full of expensive furniture, very distinctive and texture. The peak season is definitely not only this price, the health and service are really great, and the breakfast is also very rich. Really lucky, I happened to come here to live, and I wish the enthusiastic boss a prosperous business!

Everything from check-in to check-out was incredibly pleasant! The front desk handled the procedures efficiently and quickly, and they patiently recommended local cuisine and sightseeing routes to us. The room had plenty of natural light and a wide-open view, and it was spotless. It was a very satisfying stay, and I especially want to commend Xiao Hai at the front desk for their amazing service! 🌹🌹

Check-in and check-out were super fast, and they thoughtfully explained the hotel amenities and nearby attractions. Their attitude was gentle and patient. The room itself was spacious and bright, with soft, skin-friendly bedding and pillows that were just right. The soundproofing was excellent – I slept soundly until morning. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, all facilities were complete, hot water was stable, and the toiletries were high quality. The breakfast buffet was a major highlight. There was a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, including freshly cooked noodles, pastries, fruits, coffee, and desserts. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted great. There were so many options that I could eat something different every day. Overall, the hotel has a grand yet quiet atmosphere, with comprehensive facilities suitable for both business trips and family vacations. The service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the value for money was outstanding. I'll definitely choose Ramada again on my next visit and sincerely recommend it to everyone!
