I had a very good stay and experience with my family at Maison de Zen. The rooms very spacious and clean with a modern look. I only wish the beds were King Size for the Zen suite instead of Queen. The bathrooms were very clean and fresh. The whole establishment had a good vibe to it with its location and clean atmosphere. The staff were polite and helpful. And Mr. Shabeer was very helpful. The food was very good despite the limited variety. Overall the experience was very good.

Property location was most scenic with beautiful view of valley and pleasure to enjoy sunset sipping coffee. The hospitality was of top notch. The Restaurant manager Mr Bala was the most wonderful person, he served us food with utmost love and care. The food quality is amazing and yummm. The staff was generous.

The location of the hotel was good, not too far away from the city. The rooms were clean and tidy with a beautiful view from the balcony. The receptionist is helpful and will be at your service anytime. Overall a 10/10.

Positive points hotel stuffs are very good well behaved. Excellent location negative points hotel infrastructure not good. They should renovate the premises little bit like broken washroom hanger, lights in are not good in rooms. Lots of spider waves are there in room. Room window can't open. Because of that room are feeling suffocative during daytime.

The resort room was so spacious. Hot water facility was top notch. Full was delicious and hotly served. From the room we can see toy train view its a nice experience. Balcony mountain view is excellent. Nice stay. Friendly staff.

A decent hotel nearby ooty lake. We stayed at triple deluxe, the third bed was sofa cum bed, although not so comfortable, easily 3 adults can stay with that in place. Restrooms were clean. No food available.

Good service, room is fine, near to railway station and bus stand, proper arrangement for tours. Wifi is available. At main bazar
