2-Star Hotels in Changwon

I stayed here during the cherry blossom festival. Very convenient location and the lady took really good care of me and made me feel very welcome! The room was nice. The air was a bit humid in the room but otherwise lovely stay.

I chose this hotel as I was travelling to see the flowers at Jinhae, and just wanting a basic place to sleep at night. There was no hotel receptionist desk, and so I had a bit difficulty when I arrived and tried to check in (the owner doesn’t speak english so communication using internet call on how to open the door with codes etc were quite challenging).  It is petit as its name, and it had enough amenities, good quality beddings, so I had rested well. The bathroom was slightly smell like sewerage (as with any places in common) and it has no sink (vanity unit) for washing hands, brushing teeth etc so I had to do it with the bath’s shower 😄 but anyway it was not a big deal. Noises from the rooms next doors were quite loud and there were someone turning on loud music during day time (I think the neighbour). But it was okay because I was absorbing all sorts of local culture and the way they live. Bus stop is about 2 minutes walk so it was convenient. Thank you for letting me to stay.

We stayed for 5 days. Our room was clean and was always kept clean by the friendly staff. The manager and the housekeeping staff were all helpful, accommodating and always cheerful. They definitely made up for the rudeness we experienced from some of their fellow countrymen. Good location with lots of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. We truly recommend this hotel. This is a suitable accommodation for a trip to Jinhai and Geoje Island together. I am willing to rebook at a similar price. Boiled eggs, milk, espresso machine coffee, bread, etc. are served for a simple weekend breakfast. The downside is that the shelf or table is very dusty, especially the bathtub is poorly cleaned. The noise between the walls was also uncomfortable.Still, I am satisfied that I can stay warm.

I found a room without a hotel reservation while traveling to Busan, so I found a room hard because there was no room because it was a holiday! Because the area is Changyuan, there is a Buddhist temple that has to run to Tongyeong for more than an hour the next day, but compared with the price, the room seems to be clean! You were kind.

I had a pleasant stay at Sungsan Hotel. The check-in process was quick and smooth without any issues. Although the hotel is quite old, the facilities are still decent and well maintained. The room was spacious, and even though I was assigned a smoking room, there was no cigarette smell at all. The bathroom comes with a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. The location is excellent, it's in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with its affordable price.

Well located and saved us after another hotel was unable to accommodate us! The staff were lovely and friendly! We booked to go and see the cherry blossom festival, it was in a great location for it as the buses were frequent and often! Bonus! There is a lake near by that’s beautiful- sadly we didn’t see the fireworks show that’s there because we didn’t know about it but we had an amazing time! The hotel also has a full sized bath which was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

Location, service and cleanliness were good but soundproof ㅠㅠ We were not very sensitive to noise, so we were well sleeped, but I think it would have been hard for those who were sensitive to noise ㅠㅠ It was warm and nice because there was an electrical panel on the bed!

Dean Motel, get off at Chengshan Art Hall, bus 152, across the street, in the building next to Starburst. Navigation will lead you to the alley next door. There is a staff member on duty. Bookings are only for one night. No multiple-night reservations are accepted.

I was booking in prices 45,000 won, but when I arrived hotel manager said I need to pay 55,000 won because room type 45,000 won sold out.
