GGuest UserThe fact is that the people attending the meeting are very attentive. I don’t know if this is a family business. So they care about customers and the facilities are a bit ugly. The reason is that the pandemic has dealt a heavy blow to them, so I have No problem, will stay at this hotel again, because I think, in fact, despite the circumstances, their continuous attempts to succeed is something admirable, very good to them, hope their equipment will be restored soon.

TTravelling roverThe hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. There are 2 pools but they are in different parts of the hotel. Room was larger than most in Mexico and had a small kitchen. All in it was a good place for the price.

GGuest UserEl hotel es sencillo para pasar una gran escapada de cualquier lugar de dónde lo visites, muy céntrico, a un costado está el OXXO, seguido de un modelorama y una tienda 3b, caminando llegas a playa langosta y manzanillo, 20 minutos caminando y llegarás a playa caleta y caletilla.
Las personas que atienden el hotel muy amables, son respetuosos y considerados, la habitación siempre muy limpia, las piscinas cuando llegue estaban muy limpias y templadas, aire acondicionado, ventilador, ganchos, toallas y limpieza impecable; desde mi opinión solo le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento pero solo para lo visual ya que es un hotel reconfortante y cómodo.
