Excellent value for money! The environment is clean, and the location is convenient with great views all around. The room layout is well-designed, very clean, and the bedding is comfortable. Overall, a great choice!

Excellent, simple yet comfortable hotel not far from the airport. They had no problem letting us check in early and even moved our breakfast to the day of arrival since we had a late-night departure, all without any fuss.

The hotel was very clean and the room was bright. Its location near the old town's financial district was convenient, just a 10-minute walk away. Daily cleaning was thorough. We even got a room upgrade, and the two large beds were very comfortable. The only minor downsides were that the room was close to the street, making it a bit noisy during the day (though fine at night), and the central AC was quite loud, but turning it off helped a lot.

Good location servic i waiting for room more than 30 minutes i go after 15:30 but they told me room not ready but other every thing good :) price cheap so for this price this hotel good i hope they make service better

What was good: - The hotel honestly deserves around 4 stars. - Good and varied breakfast was included. - Rooms and facilities match the category. - The hotel is located close to a metro station, which sounds good on paper. Major downside: location - Despite being near the metro, the surrounding area is terrible. - The road leading to the hotel is in very poor condition. - There are no proper sidewalks — moving with a suitcase is extremely uncomfortable. - Dust, dirt, construction sites everywhere. - The area feels neglected and unpleasant, especially for travelers. Final thoughts: The hotel itself is fine and could be a good option if it were located elsewhere. Unfortunately, the environment around it completely ruins the experience. Honestly, after this trip, I don’t see myself ever coming back to this city.

I randomly picked City Palace Hotel on Trip.com and was a bit nervous about staying there, but it turned out to be far better than I expected in every way. The room was well-equipped and clean, breakfast had a great variety, and it was convenient for getting around. The price was also reasonable, making it a top choice for business travelers in Dubai. Everything just fell into place perfectly.

The hotel is definitely worth every penny. The area is peaceful and quiet, which made the whole experience very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, well-maintained, and the toilets are clean and fresh. Overall, great value for money and a place I would happily stay at again.

Had a good customer experience except that I was greatly disappointed when I was charged 100DHR for inviting a guest to my room. I’ve been in several hotels in different countries but I never heard of such insane charges.

An incredible stay, even though some rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, but the cleanliness was okay.

🎉 This hotel was really easy to find, you could see it right from the metro station exit! ✅ The location is super convenient, right at the Financial Centre Metro Station entrance. 😎 There's a handy supermarket downstairs with a great selection of products. 😄 And the Burj Khalifa is right outside the window – the night view is absolutely stunning! 😘😘😘
