JJhoRRThe stay was good and the place is really great. Staffs are accomodating and approachable. My only issue is not enough info about the promo 36hrs stay. I expect to stay till 9PM the next day but they told us that our booking doesn't have promo of 36hrs stay, although it was in out email that we have a package of the promo. In the end the Rove told us that the promo is exclusive in their website only. The next time, they should inform the 3rd party booking app that is was exclusive booking only from their own website. But overall our stay is very good ❤️

OOlik_VoyageExcellent, simple yet comfortable hotel not far from the airport. They had no problem letting us check in early and even moved our breakfast to the day of arrival since we had a late-night departure, all without any fuss.

7771188@The hotel was very clean and the room was bright. Its location near the old town's financial district was convenient, just a 10-minute walk away. Daily cleaning was thorough. We even got a room upgrade, and the two large beds were very comfortable. The only minor downsides were that the room was close to the street, making it a bit noisy during the day (though fine at night), and the central AC was quite loud, but turning it off helped a lot.

MMikhail SmirnoffOverall, the hotel itself is quite good, especially considering the price we managed to book it for.
In this city, hotel prices are generally unreasonably high, so this option felt like a fair deal.
What was good:
- The hotel honestly deserves around 4 stars.
- Good and varied breakfast was included.
- Rooms and facilities match the category.
- The hotel is located close to a metro station, which sounds good on paper.
Major downside: location
- Despite being near the metro, the surrounding area is terrible.
- The road leading to the hotel is in very poor condition.
- There are no proper sidewalks — moving with a suitcase is extremely uncomfortable.
- Dust, dirt, construction sites everywhere.
- The area feels neglected and unpleasant, especially for travelers.
Final thoughts:
The hotel itself is fine and could be a good option if it were located elsewhere.
Unfortunately, the environment around it completely ruins the experience.
Honestly, after this trip, I don’t see myself ever coming back to this city.

BBogedajiushiwoI randomly picked City Palace Hotel on Trip.com and was a bit nervous about staying there, but it turned out to be far better than I expected in every way. The room was well-equipped and clean, breakfast had a great variety, and it was convenient for getting around. The price was also reasonable, making it a top choice for business travelers in Dubai. Everything just fell into place perfectly.

GGuest UserThe hotel is definitely worth every penny. The area is peaceful and quiet, which made the whole experience very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, well-maintained, and the toilets are clean and fresh.
Overall, great value for money and a place I would happily stay at again.

Stayed at Abjad Crown Hotel and really enjoyed it. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the staff were super welcoming and always ready to help. The overall service was smooth and pleasant. Yes, it gets a little noisy at night because of the clubs downstairs, but if you don’t mind a lively vibe, it actually adds to the atmosphere. Great value for money!

YYulduz AllaberdiyevaWe had an excellent experience on the Dubai desert safari. The tour was well organized, and everything was on time from pickup to drop-off. Our guide was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, making the dune bashing both exciting and safe. The desert views were beautiful, and the activities like sandboarding and the camp experience were enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable trip and great value for money. Highly recommended.
